Customer service rocks! Always the most helpful of any Home Depot I go in.

Store Associate was helpful in locating product desired and shared info about different types as I was a duck out of water on this item.

One of my best experiences in a Home Depot in a long time. Could not be more impressed with the staff and ease of finding everything I needed. Great job!!

We were very pleased with the merchandise selection and the help of the sales clerk.

One item we purchased did not have the security tape around it and when we opened the box that contained a bathroom faucet, it had "used parts" in it! When I returned it, they didn't ask if I wanted to exchange it, so gave me a credit refund for a lesser returned price (which upset me but I got it back at a later date). Then the white tub took 3 trips to get it right, since the 1st one was dented and the 2nd one had black speckles on it, so we had the store associate open the 3rd box before we left the store so we didn't have to come back again. Three lessons learned, #1, don't purchase a box that doesn't have the security tape around it, or the very least open the box & check the item. #2, if it's a big purchase (tub), open box in store to check out before heading out the door. #3, inform the return associate to mark the return item as "damaged" or I have a feeling they will just put it back on the shelf!

I'm highly impressed that there is always someone around to help you with any questions or point you to the right direction. My husband & I are doing our first remodeling job and really appreciated all the associates in the all the departments (tile/cabinets/bathroom fixtures/tub/paint, etc.) being so helpful in answering our questions professionally and honestly, as well as the customer service/cashier people who helped get certain purchases replaced when necessary. Awesome store and awesome people.

My associate was Great,Helpful and really had a sense of humor. For someone who has no remodeling experience, this is stressful. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. I also like that you have people available to install your products. It takes more stress away from me not having to find someone to install the products I purchase and I know that you would not set me up with someone that is not competent. I will honestly say that I was going to Lowe's when I first started my remodel and was VERY disappointed. So glad I made the switch.

Products are easy to find, although finding an associate to help when needed is a challenge. would like to see more "made in America products" Store is generally clean and neat. The store has what I want 90% of the time.

Plumbing associate who's name was Blass was very knowledgeable, and helpful with a sense of humor who made the small job I was attempting to complete very easy.

We were replacing a privacy fence around the patio. Not well versed in fence building and neither of us had tackled that kind of project before . Daren the store associate listened to our plans, offered advice , answered our questions. We showed him the photos of the old fence. We went with all his suggestions and are super pleased. I returned to the store to show him our finished product. Might have done it without his help, but sure helps the confidence to do the job with his knowledge, friendliness and help.

Cashier was extremely pleasant with a nice smile positive attitude and willing to help. made my day start out great.

The Home Depot on L Street always seems to have friendly and helpful associates who are always willing to lend a hand.

Jeff/Lumber, Nate/Windows, CJ/customer service and Midori/ customer service all helped us put together a couple of handicap accessibility projects for my home. All off them were extremely helpful and had great alternative suggestions if some of my ideas weren't plausible. It was a great experience and it took us almost two hours to get the whole order together. All of them were helpful and attentive even when it ended up that we didn't get finished until a few minutes after the store closing. THEY WERE AWESOME!

We needed to return 3 composite deck boards, one 20 ft. long and two 16 ft. long. Called store for help, they decided to have delivery truck stop and pick up boards on it's return to store. Pickup location approx. one mile from store. Store person came to pickup location, wrapped up boards, moved to D/W. Home Depot truck called 10 minutes b/4 arriving, picked up boards and returned them to HD store, no charge. Store return person was friendly and very helpful. What a pleasant experience for a 81 yr. old costumer.

My wife and I were shopping specifically for paint as it was Behr Rebate weekend. We were not able to locate the specific paint we wanted to purchase. We went to the paint counter. An associate immediately assisted us in locating the paint we needed. He made sure we had everything we were looking before helping another customer.

Starting with a very friendly greeter named Paul, when entering the store , clean bathrooms, easy to find things and helpful associates it was a satisfying experience.

I purchased windows for a home and received help from an associate on type and brand. The assistance was very helpful.

Upon entering store a greeter at the door directed me to the area of my interest. Selection of product was excellent. Paint department was very helpful and very efficient in use of time. Cashier was excellent young man and a asset to your company.

The store was well stocked and had everything I expected to find. I didn't really need help but an associate helped me anyway. I felt very welcome.

I WAS SPECIFICALLY LOOKING FOR ITEMS IN TWO DEPARTMENTS, HOWEVER, AS USUAL, I WAS LOOKING AT OTHER AREAS IN THE STORE. IN EACH DEPARTMENT, I WAS MET WITH A SMILE AND ASKED IF THEY COULD BE OF ASSISTANCE. THE EMPLOYEE IN THE PAINT SHOP WHERE I WAS ORIGINALLY SHOPPING, THE EMPLOYEE WAS MORE THAN HELPFUL WITH HER SUGGESTIONS AND EVEN TOOK TIME TO DEMONSTRATE.

After shopping at various stores, I found exactly what I was looking for at The Home Depot.

Always a good experience when I visit this store . Associates are very helpful !!

The best Home Depot I have ever been at. You have an associate stop and ask you if you need help within a minute you walk into the store. I am very impressed.
