I was trying to get some garden prep items for the upcoming season and I was greeted at the door and helped right away It is nice to see people working in the store and not have just computers running a company. Great prices and customer service. Thank you Home Depot

I was looking for a showers for a upcoming project but there were no shower with seats in the store. Jorge E.and James D looked at other options on the computer. They were friendly and tried to help me. I could not find a 60X 30 shower with a seat. They tried to send me to there bathroom service and told be someone should contact me

I have gone to this home depot a few times and visited the customer service desk for a refund , exchange etc. each time it has been friendly and pleasant and even if the solution was not what I wanted the employee at the time has remained fair and genuinely tried to work and assist me to meet me halfway. Thank you!

OMG Thank you Michell and Joe what a great experience at Taunton home depot. These team players insured everything went so smoothly and 1everything was accomplished professionally. Management needs to recognize how dedicated to customer satisfaction these two are. Hats off to Michell and Joe I would give 10 stars if possible

Jo Anna that works in the Taunton, Ma Home Depot is an amazing employee. She went above and beyond to help me find a holiday item that was showing up inactive but 21 in stock. You don’t find employees like her anymore! Thank you Jo Anna from Taunton, Ma Home Depot !

Went to the Taunton store and so happy I did. Was helped by Joe W in the flooring department and he made me feel like we were in and out of there in no time. Excellent customer service.

It's a great store with the exception of one terrible employee!

We purchased what we thought was a brand new grill for a birthday present and when we took the plastic wrapping off and opened it, there were no cooking grates or owners manual. We went back today to find out what to do and they were not helpful at all and basically passed the buck to the assembly person who won’t be in till Monday or Tuesday. Very unsatisfied.

I’ve visited this store approx. 2 times a month. Customer service has always been excellent.

my first experience with a cordless trimmer, easy to set up and use, no pulling a cord a hundred times, no curse words involved. Like the auto line feed, nice lightweight easy to handle, quiet. Could be a little longer.

Employees did not offer assistance to locate item which the website had 2 in-stock. Employees sent to the wrong isle twice.

The girls in the pro desk are like Charlie angels they always make the impossible happen and go over and out always so happy and helpful !! Diana donated her own money to help my company donate a float for the taunton Home Depot a few hundred dollars out of her own money right at Christmas time!! Angela is the phone order god that always helps with my orders and keeps my customers off my back !!You guys better treat these girls right cause if they ever leave I’m one of many that would follow them

The card readers now for month have been having chip reading problems. Need to be replaced.

Wrong price was rung up. Manager went back twice to get the sku #, ultimately I overpaid just to get out of the store.

plants were nice only interaction was the pleasant women cashier in outside garden. All other employees walked directly past us without even a smile or hello

I can't say enough about all the folks that work at the Taunton Home Depot I my number one Home Depot because of the service I get there amazing! The attention and how quickly I get service so I can get back to work

The washing machine that we bought was simple and user friendly. The employee at this store was so helpful and patient as we were trying to decide which one to buy.

I like Ryobi tools and Home Depot carries them.

Cashier I had was too busy with her nails and never greeted me nor speak to me.. She was occupied with a co worker and the nails.
