When I struggled to find the item I was looking for, a store associate, Kevin, was amazingly helpful and friendly. My item was no longer in stock. Kevin went out of his way to find a comparable item at a similar price point. I noticed that every store member greeted each guest with a smile and friendly greeting. Very impressive!

I was pleasantly greeted upon entering the store. I asked for help in hardware and got very good, friendly service from the associate. After choosing my item I walked around the store a bit and was asked by 3 additional associates if I required assistance. Checkout was a breeze.

Again the help were very polite and helpful in getting use just what we wanted, They also helped bring it out to the truck and load it for use.

I went to this Home Depot to look for a "Kreg jig clamp" which is not a well known item. I asked an employee and he brought me over to the clamp isle to look for the product I needed. Since he didn't know what the exact product was, he quickly took out his phone to search online for more information. The clamp (brand) I needed was only available online,so he showed me comparisons and asked me if I wanted him to order it for me. I didn't end up ordering the clamp yet, but he made my shopping experience as easy as it could have been. The store is clean and every employee you walk by, asks if you need help (but they are not pushy)!

I shop with a disabled person. How wonderful to see the orange aprons approach and ask us if we need assistance. And it was more than one. It helps so much as you can go directly to what you want and have a little extra time to browse. The cashier even asked my disabled husband about his service as he had on his Vietnam hat. I thank everyone for their great attitudes and also their smiles. I wish we got just a fraction of that treatment at the Dartmouth store.

Went to Home Depot Taunton for storage bin for christmas decorations. The bins I was looking for were on the top shelf. Sarah was very helpful. She got the bins down and did it with a smile. She was very pleasent as was the cashier. Excellent experience.

Found item quickly, fast checkout, friendly and helpful associates, good shopping experience.

So many colors to choose from. The store offered great selection of sample colors to try before buying a whole gallon. Sales associate really knew her colors.

In a large store it is very easy to get side tracked and not find what you need but everything is labeled the associates are readily available to point you back on course and to give you information about your choices of materials and to recommend items you may have never considered.

The associate who helped me out, Allyson, was extremely helpful, friendly, kind, and quick. She asked if I needed any help before I even looked to find someone for assistance and she made my trip probably 10x faster than it would have been. She was very knowledgeable and knew exactly where the things I needed were, even taking me to them directly. She also rang me up after assisting me and made my trip much quicker than I expected.
