Have purchased many items at our local Home Depot & always had a great experience, especially love my new washer & dryer!!!

A week later, it’s dead.

As a former Home Depot employee (Mesquite Home Depot) I know how important good customer service is. The store wasn’t very busy, but still no one offered any kind of assistance or even a friendly hello. Just excuse me, as they walked past me.

They always have what I need whether it’s a building project, painting, yard equipment, major appliances, etc they never fail to deliver quality merchandise and a fair price! Highly recommend!

I came in 2x"s last week and both times we received outstanding service.

We went to Terrell Tx to buy a fan we saw online. Showed they had 23. We ask 3 people, where they were They said they were put up they are seasonal. No one was interested in helping us. Went to customer service desk. They got someone to help us. They were way up on top by paint department. Had to get a lift to get them down. This wax a little ridiculous. Not very happy at with the Terrell store

Y’all better get your employees to help and not push them away. Forney Tx is fixing to open a Homedepot and I imagine people will go there.

The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Would never recommend this store but we have no other options. Customer service is lousy at best. Loaders are never available to help load. Had to load 80 sheets of plywood 3/4" by myself because loaders were not available, then I saw two of them just standing and watching me load my material.

They promise same day free delivery then when it doesn’t arrive they tell you it was only an estimated time of delivery. Totally misleading and totally unreliable. This happen twice to me in one mont.

Management has changed for the better. Employees where very helpful. Polite. Big difference from 2 years ago. Will continue shopping there. Hope the delivery runs as smooth.

This store is consistently out of items which they show to have in-stock online. And getting someone to help (much less that knows what they are doing) is a lesson in futility. I recently waited 45 minutes before I could get someone to cut a piece of wire for me. I only shop here for the convenience and if their "neighbor" doesn't have what I need.

The Terrell Home Depot is always friendly and helpful when I go there.

Soooo pleased with the help n experience of getting help with our order from Store Manager-Alfredo Vegas n Assistant Manager-Britney!!! They made sure everything was worked out as should be. They were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, patient and went out of their way to make sure my husband Joe n I were happy with order, process and whole experience. A++++ for them BOTH at the Terrell,Tx Home Depot location!!!! Great job you two!

I may have to wait but always get help from the staff when I need it. The store is organized enough for me to find most of the items I need.

Over the decades since this location opened I have tried many times to use the store. If nothing else, they are consistent in being disappointing. The few times I have left with everything I entered the store intending to purchase felt like a victory. Occasionally I have encountered pleasant employees who seemed happy to be there, but those are a gem in the rough at this location. Set your expectations low, and you might not be disappointed.

The store is too small for this market. It's always a mess, with stuff just dropped in the aisles. Very common not to be able to get a cart through. Inventory is inconsistent, always out of something. But the shelves are such a mess, if you dig around, you might find what you need. Lumber carts are horrible. Good luck finding one with wheels that work. Do people working in the garden department know you have to water the plants? Hopefully, the new Forney store will be nice for a while.

Slow service from employees. This store used to provide great service but not anymore.

I was glad to buy some flowers for my mother!

This Home Depot has great selections, everything you need for home and a small chicken ranch. Life would be rough out in this area without it.

There are never adequate employees to assist with finding product or assistance with heavy items to the vehicle. And then you get to check yourself out! Customer service is an oxymoron.

I shop 2-3 times a month. Location is the main reason
