I shop at the Terrell Home Depot enough that many emplyees recognize and simply extend the courtesy of say hello. that kind of courtesy is very much appreciated.

Wayne and Mandy were so helpful today at the Terrell store. We appreciate the way they treated us.

All associates that I spoke to helped me out, It is nice going to a store of there volume for a pleasant shopping experience. The staff were helpful and responsive to all shoppers and myself, it gave me an old town hardware store vibe and it rocked.

Pro desk , had the best experience at this location , was able to make my purchases very quickly , was greeted immediately , placed my order was on my way !!!

Our A/C we just ordered had a faulty fan so we needed to get it exchanged or replaced. Called online and told us our local store had it, but we called our local store next to confirm. Although they didn’t have it in stock, Paul said we should be able to bring it up awith a receipt and get something worked out. I was transferred to the returns desk to verify if I needed anything else. My fiancé was disturbingly greeted by a woman named La Trenda. We told her our issue and she replied “I don’t do business over the phone” and hung up before we could ask another question. We decided to take our AC up to the store in hopes we can exchange it or get a new one delivered. As we walked in, no one greeted or helped us. We eventually found the returns desk. As we walked up, who I assumed was La trenda, walked away as soon as she saw we were coming with an AC. Another lady stepped up to the counter and asked who we spoke with and i told her “i believe her” pointing towards the way LT walked. The girl went to go get her and she arrived with an attitude telling us “Didn’t i tell you on the phone I can’t do nothing except look at it? I don’t do business over the phone and i told you that!”. I looked past her attitude and asked if there was anything we could do. At first it was refund it to the card or store credit. So I went to look at different AC’s. By the time I came back, she switched it to we can only refund it back to my Affirm and they can’t do store credit per the manager. She practically threw the recipient at us and we got the hell out! Absolute worst experience with customer service and returns.

My shopping experiences at Home Depot in Terrell have all been very good. I love a young lady named Lila. She is an Angel!! A man named Gordon helped me retrieve my phone and bill fold. Austin helped me load my car.

If your disabled stay away from Home Depot, especially if you need help to load or secure your load. they get Hateful, Rude and most importantly you cannot get ahold of the store manager., they turn from being friendly and accommodating to a Hateful Rude people. Even if you tell them in advance you will be needing help.

I bought a ton of wood and the associates didn’t hesitate to help me load it, and I needed help loading it because I’m a disabled vet and if they treat our veterans like this, then I’m going to encourage all my other veteran friends to go to the store because they love us there

I needed to return an item, bot I did not have my receipt. I knew the date of purchase and the young lady at customer service was able to locate it and complete my return.

I want to acknowledge Jackie from Flooring Department. She was patient and very knowledgeable with helping me select appliances. She gave me information and advice that help me see the bigger picture with what I was looking for. She was very kind dedicated in helping me find what I needed.

You have a long haired guy working in customer service/ returns that is extremely rude and obnoxious. He yells at customers for no reason. This person made me not feel welcomed at Home Depot.

To whom it may concern. Mrs Mandy at the checkout counter is an angel in orange. Before I even realized I had left my phone in the store, I could see her angel wings waving me down from the parking lot. She went the extra mile for me and I have a feeling she will for you too. When I think of Home Depo #6579 I will always remember that angel in orange.

I always have a good experience at this Home Depot. Staff is always helpful and cheerful. If they don’t have what you need they always try and direct you where to go to get it.

my stepfather is a disabled vet. Home depot supposed to get a discount but because he doesn't have the app he was told he don't can't get the discount I think it's sad that elderly people that are disabled vets cannot get a discount without having the app these old people don't know how to work these apps so we're not making this easy for them you're making this easy for you

If you have questions about the paint aspect of your reno Tabitha and Becky are your go to ladies. They won't hold back and will always lead you to good choices. PS I'm in the store often, so this is an always experience.

Even though it was during the Christmas rush, we were provided the best service ever. Each employee that greeted us was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. We were able to get all of the items for our project without any frustration.
