The employees at the Terrell store are very helpful and knowledgeable. The lady at the check out in garden section made my day brighter.

Am in a wheelchair and employees pulled my lumber and plywood ,took it to a registar and then loaded my truck .

I have been in several area Home Depot locations. I now make it a point to drive the distance to Terrell as I have found overall they seem to have the most knowledgeable and courteous associates. I have found in other locations it's hard to get any help but seems someone is always there and willing to help at the Terrell store.

My primary goal during this visit was to shop for a new washer and dryer. Our experience was excellent and the associate that we were assisted by was the kind of customer service rep that we all hope to get when we need help.

I went to purchase supplies to build a patio. This included a pallet of pavestones. The pavestones were on sale at Lowes and I brought the ad with me. The pavestone supplier was there and agreed they should be price matched. He went to the manager Kyle and Kyle disagreed. After a debate with him ourselves, we got a discount, but it was not price matched. After gathering all we wanted and the pallet being taken to the front we went to check out. We told the cashier that we had the pallet of pavestones and the other two flats of merchandise. When we brought our truck and trailer up, I realized the checker di not include the pavestone, so I had to pay for those separately. Now I have to pay interest on those! I told the two guys that were to help us load that we had to put the pavestone on first and then we would load the rest. When I came back from paying for the pavestone, they had already loaded everything else. My husband told them how to load the pallet on the trailer and they did not listen and got it stuck. When they finally jarred it loose it knocked me out of the truck and hurt my elbow. We ended up calling family and helping us offload and reload everything so we could get it home. No one but the pavestone rep was friendly to us. It took so much of our time it was ridiculous. Not shopping at this store anymore.

The store is well laid out and properly labeled. Every isle is as exactly as labeled and items are easy to find. All associates are friendly and knowledgeable about their specific areas. They are more than happy to get items down from high places and even help load them into my vehicle.

WENT THERE FOR PAINT. PERSON IN PAINT WAS VERY HELPFUL. THIS HAS BEEN OUR EXPERIENCE AT THIS STORE EVERY TIME. WE WERE THERE THE SATURDAY BEFORE MEMORIAL DAY, THEY WERE SERVING HOTDOGS AND HAD SOME THAT WERE OVERDONE, SO THEY OFFERED A COUPLE TO BUDDY, OUR CHOCOLATE LAB. HE LOVES HOME DEPOT!

After having a very bad experience at a small store downtown, I stopped at Home Depot. Service was great. Options were available with discounts. Customer service was what it used to be... old fashioned great caring service! Suzanne Farfan , the helpful employee was fantastic! She turned my frown upside down! I left satisfied and my faith in human nature restored.

The product was easy to find, I was really happy with this store. I will continue to shop in Terrell, Texas.
