This Home Depot has plenty of knowledgeable employees on the floor and available to help find items and advise you in doing your project. It appears management considers customer service important enough to employ enough employees to get stocking work done secondary, after helping customers. I have never experienced a rude employee there.

The two employees I had contact with, Charles and Eduardo were fine representatives for your organization. They went above and beyond the normal assistance expected for my needs. To be commended. I would have no problem recommending this store based on just this shopping experience.

You folks need to recognize how awesome Charlie (in the garden department) Sarah, Skyler, and Denise (in the pro department) are. Among two visits, these four made my day both time! Best Home Depot I've ever been to!

April is your go to Cashier! She is exceptional. Quick, knowledgeable and friendly. Service with a smiks. Enjoyed my transaction. I found my garden products and she immediately rang them up and gladly assisted me with opening my new Home Depot CC at the front end cashier's.

Bad experience almost every time. Usually low stock or no stock in what I need. Items on display with no price marked. Generally dirty and run down. If you need lumber its usually the last 20 of the worst boards. Was there today and the cashier charged me for 3 bags of potting soil instead of 2. When I pointed out the mistake she said I'd have to go inside to customer service. Another line!! She cant fix it?? What a dumb policy. So I grabbed another bag of soil. The whole time she was scanning my items she was taking to another employee and not focusing on my transaction. The very thought of having to make a trip to this store elevates my blood pressure. Oh, almost forgot to mention the bums going through the parking lot asking for money or the day workers all bunched up like gangs as you pull in the parking lot.

This store is always busy and the employee took the time to ask if I needed help. She was very knowledgeable about the product I was looking for.

Maria the cashier, Lewis (wearing a cardboard signs regarding ac service) and assisted us in the ceiling fan department, guy in tools (nice gray shoulder-length hair). Others did approach and ask if I needed help. It beats the days I've gone in there, and customer service was beyond hideous.

I had an amazing sales person in the door and screen area.

The store was clean and the products I was looking for were easy to find. The check out clerk was friendly and helpful.

I was able to get in and out quickly. I was able to find what I needed and there was a good variety, so I was able to choose based on my needs and not feel that I was stuck because selections were limited.

Outstanding customer service, Terry in electrical department was great. You know how it is usually they run the other way when you start towards them to ask a question. Not Terry, if he sees you he will come up to you and ask if you need any help. Let me repeat that he actually comes up to you, the customer, WOW. Terry helped me out and I am very grateful. He took the time to help me get the stuff I needed and did it with a smile on his face to boot.
