This is a great store great atmosphere and with Hailee as a cashier it’s a wonderful and pleasant trip

My neighborhood Home Depot... love it! Easy to shop, well-lit, friendly associates ALWAYS there when you need assistance for ANYTHING! The masks and social distancing? Enough already.

Store was very clean easy to find what one is looking for and you get great customer service.

The associate Jesse H. in the paint dept went above & beyond to help re-tint my paint to the exact color I needed. He was friendly, professional, and patient. I really appreciated his helpfullness & kindness.

The HD usually has everything and a great staff. Unfortunately on weekends the store is under staffed!

The staff member who helped me out was wearing a Dewalt hat, and based on that I inferred that he would be knowledgeable about the power tools I was planning on buying. He was approachable, friendly and professional.

So many helpful employees around to help. I always get great service when I go to this store.

This store has never been my favorite, I generally try to avoid it if possible. But, as of today, I'll be avoiding it permanently -- being called a "liar" by a HD Clerk, because of a price error in the HD system, doesn't sit well with me. Certainly not customer friendly, I'll drive out of my way to avoid this store in the future.

Every employee was helpful and nobody gave me crap about not wearing a mask.

I have found shopping at this location I receive consistent, high-quality, professional service in particular from the Pro Desk staff and the Pro Desk supervisor. They always help me find savings! I plan to continue making all my purchase from this store.

My local Home Depot on Thomas and 36th Street in Phoenix is fun, vibrant, well stocked, and full of friendly and professional staff!

The store has everything that I need, from Plants to hardware. Big fan of Home Depot... Keep it up. You guys are doing a great Job.

The store is clean and organized and people that work there like Jennifer and Jose are really helpful on helping making a large purchase as we did and taking the time to show me most of the tool box carts. I just felt like they really cared and its been a while since I have felt that good. And what I mean is that me the customer (me) was really important to your store where a lot of places just don't care and don't take the time as your store did. Merry Christmas Jennifer and Jose. One other thing when I get good service I always ask for the name of the person helping me so I know to ask for that person next time.

Plenty of help in finding products and knowledgeable in how to use them. Friendly and patient with assistance.

The staff here are friendly and helpful. I am here about three times a week while remodeling my house and this is my home away from home. :)

Availability of knowledgeable and helpful staff such as: D.J for directing me to SHAWN who took the time to find the twine(s) since I have not seen it on the shelves. Shawn checked the HD inventory & discovered there was a box on the very top shelf & opened for me (bought 4 & he put the rest on the shelf). What a great day for me accomplishing my HD shopping.

The following HD staff made my shopping extraordinaire today! CHRIS - walking me through a shortcut to use Restroom (paths were blocked due to staff restocking); JERRY (Plumbing) - walking w/ me to find muti-port connections (Aisle 4) since they were not in Aisle 32; MITCH (Plumbing) - identifying parts needed for installing watering system for 3 raised beds; BENJI (Cashier) - loading 6 bags of 3-cu garden soil into the cart since there were no customers waiting & loading them to vehicle after POS processing; & OMAR - helping Benji load soil to my vehicle even without Benji asking for help. Thank you for personalized services received today! Love HD!

THe management is visable and extremly helpful. They have plenty of helpful employees.

I found every employee at this location was wanting to please, be helpful, and back the products they sell.

In the almost 3 years of using this Home Depot , I’m currently a building engineer in a nearby building and we’ve used this location very frequent and have always had good friendly service and the store is fairly clean and seems to keep items stocked and organized , and will continue using this Home Depot !

I was looking for hard to find disinfecting wipes that were FDA approved for COVID. I called ahead and spoke to a very helpful and friendly associate. He took the time to find the product and find the FDA number to verify it was on the list for COVID. I appreciated the time he took to help me. I wish I had gotten his name! When I came in to the store the product was in stock and when I checked out, the cashier was just as helpful and friendly. Made sure to be safe, friendly and helpful. His name was Diar. I don't live near this store, but when I am in the are, I will be shopping here! Thanks for keeping your associates and guests safe.

I was in the plumbing department to purchase a faucet and was ignored by 3 employees! One spent the whole time complaining LOUDLY about another employee close enough for me to hear the entire conversation. None of the 3 ever asked if I needed help. Very unprofessional employees!
