He helped me by grabbing the last box of doorknobs up high on the shelf in the WAAAAY back. Had to get the ladder to do it and he did it with willingness and a smile. Great attitude

It has been many years since I have done a home depot run due to the idiots you used to hire and I was surprised you had electric carts for the old ones to get around and the help was very helpful (noticed they were older), (that is a good thing).

I have found everything that I went to this store for and needed. This location is always busy which is a good sign that things are being done right.

I ran into the store at 9:30 pm in a panic as the paint was like olive oil no matter how I stirred it. The color didn't stick. Panic as now had to find a substitution quickly. The right Paint Specialist, Dor was worth to wait on as he worked hard to answer 3 other customers concerns. His assessment of my problem was right on and my lack of painting experience that night needed all the help I could get. The paint department were so kind to lead me in the right direction. I will be back!

The associate in lumber (goes by nickname of Kyle) was excellent. He really helps. Senior citizen shoppers really appreciate the extra bit of time and patience. Needs help with stock on some items. For example, I went for .22 nail gun blanks and there weren't any at all. Love the guys who help load your truck. Very friendly and patient, worth their weight in gold. That extra minute of patience and help is worth SO much!

This man deserves a raise.

Worse store to shop at. The employees are not very friendly and or respectful. You can never find a floor person to help you find a product that you are looking for.

The inside of the store is mostly clean with the exception of some isles seem to always be cluttered or have an elevator in it that's not in use. Store employees usually ignore you unless you stop them and ask them a question. The outside of this store is becoming a safety hazard for both the employees and your customers. This locations parking lot has way to many "Work Hockers". When I went to pick up some lumber today there were at least 25 to 35 men outside standing around looking for work. I get that men need work. However, it's getting out of hand. Where can your customer's park without getting solicited for work by them? Is it a requirement for your customers to be solicited for work before we can actually buy products or services from your establishment? Can we ever expect Home Depot to do anything about this issue. Or is it to PC to maintain the safety of your customers and employees. Do you even care about this at all?

Always has everything I need from paint to kitchen cabinets. Friendly and experienced staff!

About 3 different male employees and 1 female employee aside from Michael Lee helped me for a total of and hour and a half to solve a door soundproofing issue on my own. I'm a woman without a lot of hand-on mechanical skill, yet especially with the final 30 minutes of Michael Lee patiently explaining to me EXACTLY the best ways to install this all by myself ! I learned a new skill and I'm definitely not a mechanically-inclined woman.

Jose and Caroline need a raise. Their customer service skills are unmatched, though everyone I takes to in my back to back trips at this location we’re amazing.

Was looking for a refrigerator and Bill was very nice and informative while helping me select my refrigerator.

Please make sure before your customer proceeds to take a piece of lumber to be cut that the team member and or cashier know the policy about once it’s cut, it’s yours. Or rather, don’t shame them and speak down to your customer for not knowing the policy. And then make me feel like a criminal and whisper in front of me pointing at me like I did something wrong. When there was not a single sign of team member knowing I had to take the whole piece of wood.

Roy was the best customer service rep. He went out of his way to help find plants. He is a great asset to the Home Depot team. I will come back to this store every time because of him. Superb customer experience & will recommend this store to family & friends. Thank you, Roy!

Standing in the self check out line the employee has 2 people go before me because he assumed I was standing with a cart of items for no reason. Was called to a check out with Doreen when a person said he was next. Doreen thought he was just standing there for no reason. Doreen said I should get a second home depot credit card. Doreen kept doing the whole speech and I said NO I do not want another Home depot credit card. She said her boss would not let her stop even if I said no. They should figure out who is next in line and let Doreen not do the whole speech when I say no.

For all you hard-working guys out there that utilized prepaid debit cards forget about renting any equipment from the home Depot you're considered lower-class because you don't utilize banking institutions and they will not rent them to you not even for a cash deposit for the total amount of the machine. How's that for customer service segregation discrimination and overall class racism. I highly recommend that you keep up with the Joneses!
