I wish I could get a gift for filling out this survey

Evem thought the store was very busy there were plenty of checkouts and did not havve to wait i line.

The people working there were very helpful in my finding what I was looking for .

No one is available to ring up your order. Really annoying to try to find an open register or wait in line six deep when only one is open

HD stores are always dirty, and crowded. I asked a woman for help and she basically stared at me. Very unhelpful. And if you want someone to ring up your items, forget it. The ONLY option is self checkout.

I returned an item that I did not have a receipt for and was given a store credit for the return. However, when I found the missing receipt, I was SHOCKED to see that I was only given a credit for about 25% of the original price. What a SCAM on Home Depot's part!

I'm working on my first large renovation and needed a little guidance. Bruno, at the Pro Desk, was so helpful and patient with me. He explained the Pro Perks and wants to make sure I get all the discounts available. He is the most knowledgeable Pro Desk employee I've ever met!

A couple of months ago I purchased a large. Refrigerator and was surprised that it was several hundred dollars lower than the "low cost' appliance store. I have noticed that customer service has markedly improved from prior years.

Being a Home Depot customer for decades, it now takes me 3 times the shopping experience, even I know a lot about where the materials are but sometimes I need expertise on electrical, plumbing, tool supplies etc. No one around to help and I to ask for a manager help and because I do lots of remodeling for my rental properties, I waste at the end the month a couple days by the selecting, gathering to the cart, paying at the autopay cashier and loading mostly the time by myself a 77 years old man.

I’m currently working on a home remodel. Bruno at the ProXtra service center was friendly and helpful. He was able to get my order in quickly. When I came to pick up a door it was damaged, he helped resolved the issue and helped us order a new door with a great attitude and a smile on his face.

Can't get enough of The Home Depot! Highly recommend to anyone who's looking for an amazing Improvement store.

Team member "Angel" greeted me enthusiastically as I entered the store. He asked if he could help me, then promptly and accurately cut a sheet of MDF board for me. He could not have been nicer or more helpful.

I was in looking for a plumbing part and Jerry helped me look for it all the way in the Garden department 18 aisles away. Great effort!

I needed help finding metric bolts and washers and Caroline took the time to help me in the middle of her cleaning and arranging duties. All done with a friendly smile and professional manner.

I went in at 5 AM found exactly what I needed. The store was clean. The employees were friendly, and it was still nice and cool out before the big heat up in Phoenix. Thanks guys.!

Both Allyn and the cashier in Home and Garden checkout were very friendly and helpful. I applaud both of their abilities to help customers and go above and beyond to make them feel welcome.

The store appears understaffed and a bit disorganized compared to Lows.

Anthony went above and beyond to provide us with amazing customer service. Six stars out of five. even though his shift had ended, he stayed late to finish helping us with a huge order. We had to come back the next day, and exchange some thing which was very time-consuming, and he was again very helpful and even brought us water. It’s very hard to find people so kind, cheerful, and helpful in the industry these days.

I just got done taking a survey and am writing this review for one reason, an outstanding employee named Pino! He is on the ball and excellent at helping customers with getting the home improvement items they need. Thanks for the swift and precise lumber cuts my man! You are terrific and deserve a raise!

We needed some wood cut for a project and Pino helped us out! He was very friendly and did and awesome job helping us get what we needed!
