I needed some items in the paint department and Leilani went out of her way to walk me to the correct isle and explain the different items. Also Micheal in plumbing was fabulous helping me with PVC pipe and measuring and cutting the correct size I needed.

Great staff. Always willing to stop what they are doing to help you out. Very friendly and responsive.

Good store. Employees are just OK to poor. They are overwhelmed by constant customers though and I know their pay doesn't justify all the work they have to do. Music in parking lot is nuts. Music in store is good until the young employees play pop music loudly from a speaker and then you hear two songs at once. I live next to it, so it's convenient. 3 stars.

Reminds me of what the enemy used to do to mentally stress captives in concentration camps. Get rid of blaring noise!

I BOUGHT THE WASHING MACHINE A FEW WEEKS AGO,SO FAR IT IS GOOD.

Staff can not find merchandise because it is either locked up or Special Order Only. Your credit card. procedure is nothing more than a scam. No longer a PRO!

I initially went to another "big box company" to find only one sample washer (no dryers) on the floor. 😞 Everything had to be done online! I still like to see and feel what I'm buying, especially if I'm spending a fair amount of money. Home Depot always has numerous floor models available made by a wide variety of manufacturers! This is the way I like to shop!!

3 aisles blocked off with no access during a busy time. Asked for help. The person said she’d find someone but never did. We just waited there. Pretty typical.

Loretta st the pro desk is nothing short of rude, unhelpful and simply unpleasant. Very rude and unprofessional

They need someone out at the pickup bay full time directing traffic before someone gets hurt or killed

What a great experience I had this afternoon while purchasing some new tools at location 3609 E Thomas Rd, Phoenix AZ 85018. The new manager there Koryn was great and very helpful. She was awesome sauce to say the least. Thank you. You are very appreciated.

I had one of the best customer service experiences ever at Home Depot thanks to Larry in the paint department. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, guiding me through the best products for my project and even showing me a few tools and gadgets I didn’t know I needed but now can’t live without! He took the time to explain things clearly and gave me some great tips that made a big difference. Honestly, Larry made the whole trip a breeze. Top-notch service he’s a true asset to the store!

When I 1st visited this location several months back I left not pleased. However the company has really made a change . Employees great, assist, ask questions and will walk you through the process of taking care of your business. Great change has taken place and I enjoy visit this store!!

I only shop in rare instances. I used to go to HD every week! No more. My dollars are spent a small business, landscapers and contractor supply houses that support free, fiar and diverse equity in it's policy. Home Depot has put americans to shame.

Not one person greeted me or helped me at checkout. For the past four visits that I have made to Home Depot at the Thomas store. The only person that greated me was a homeless woman in the parking lot. Who after I told her I did not have any cash for her and told her it was not proper for her to be on the property begging for money from Home Depot customers. She says I have every right to be here. At the same time, the crowd of Hispanic, hard-working laborers were carried off by security. These are the people that I actually wanted to be in the parking lot to help me plant 20 bougainvillea at my estate. Not the begging homeless woman.

We happened to shop twice in one week at the Thomas and 36th St. store and were very pleased with the service and knowledge of the Customer Service staff. It certainly helps when you can find someone that knows more than you do.

The men are lacking in follow through. I suggest finding one of the women to help you if you want results. We still need a delivery date and a 'start work' date. Eleven days and counting.

It looks to me that more employees are needed.

This store has become a "pride and joy" operation for HD. It's much cleaner than a year ago, with great employees, and great attitudes. It's actually fun now to shop here. We have some help that does not speak great English, and they always seem to have someone to help them. Park closer to the store if you can, still some people that will take things out of your pickup, but nothing like before or the Cave Creek store. The lot crew in this store is very helpful, that's really a big improvement.

Great service at store and at delivery.

So, there is almost no point going to the store to get help. You are better off just ordering online. If you do go to the store, keep your expectations for help very low.

Vicki was honest, thorough and made excellent suggestions for when the washer and dryer is delivered.

27 February 2025 Thursday 1:34 PM MST: While at the 36th Street East Thomas Road Phoenix Arizona location, inside your building, during an previous visit, was accosted by an person with an Home Depot Apron who said if answer only a few questions then would receive a $25.00 Home Depot Gift Card. After answering questions, then he said a company representative would be calling for information as to where this gift card would be sent. 1) the impression was the gift card was available right then and there after answering questions, 2) a company called Rain Soft telephoned and was unable to meet at address, 3) no gift card was received; now approximately ~ 2 months after I’m store interaction. Home Depot should have the $25 gift card on hand in store during next visit or mail it to address listed below, otherwise will raise a stink within this community, and possibly file an complaint with State, County and/ or City of false pretenses. Home Depot and it’s affiliate Rain Soft has taken away/ wasted at least one + hour of valuable time with unethical sales practices and pointless interactions. Paul Phoenix, Arizona 85018, USA

I needed sandpaper for one of the projects I was doing, and I went to Home Depot They had a number of different types of sandpaper. There was not sure of which one I could use for the project I was completing, so I asked one of the guys that work in that area and he explained to me the difference between the sandpapers and for what I was using or what I needed it for he said this would be perfect In completing my project. He was kind he asked me a number of questions about my project and solved that issue. I went through the gardening area to pay for my sandpaper and scraps look at all the plants and they just saw my cutest little aloe Plant that I bought.

I started work on few projects at home and had to visit store few weeks on the row. This is great store with very friendly associates. Thank you!

Empty shelves, very dirty inside and out, poor selection of some items (lighting, fans, etc). Rough parking lot… It did seem busy… seemed like an old style Home Depot.

I head to the store on Thomas when I need to be sure I can find what I need. In the past I have found good deals here on some equipment.
