Got great help from Robert and a female employee working the aisles. Helped me with everything about my purchase and gave me excellent advice for the work I needed to do! This is a great store with people who genuinely care about their customers.

I have been to this store several times and every time the associates go above and beyond to help me find what I need for my home improvement projects. Best Home Depot I've been to!

Tools are great quality checking out was fast. Home Depot is a terrific place for do it yourselfers like me.

I went to the store looking for a wooden dowel to use for security with a sliding glass window, and ran into Skyler, a customer service rep. He told me that there was a better security solution - a lock you can put on your window so it can't be opened by thieves. I had no idea that product existed. So he set me up with the locks, and then he said, "when you're ready to check out, come to my register and I'll take care of you." And he did - I picked up the other items on my list, and then found him at the checkout counter. I was in and out of that store in only a few minutes due to his help. Thanks, Skyler!

I'm able to always go into home depot to get the items I need with or without assistance. The staff is and are always readily available to help. I'm always at this one for even the smallest item for a self help or DIY project of mines.

I was able to find what I needed, and then double-checked with an associate who confirmed that it was correct. Staff was friendly and accessible.

Monday morning store seemed busy with professionals/tradesman shopping. There were plenty of associates available to tell me or take me to the products I was looking for. Minimal lines to check out. I was third in line and another cashier opened up and checked me out. A very good experience. Weekends are a bit tougher to get through all the business of DIY'er customers. Retired now so I can choose my days! YEA

There is always someone there offering to help me with heavier items. Most of the staff is very knowledgable.

The Appliance Specialist Bill Cronin was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the kitchen and Bath Appliances I needed. That is why I keep coming back.

Me and my fiance came straight to Home Depot when we realized we needed screws and a few other tools, the associate that helped us was very friendly and the tools etc were easily reachable! The cashier was also very nice I'm sure had we bought larger items he would have most definitely asked if we needed assistance. We hardly had to wait and were in and out quickly! Just how I like to be!

I have never been more impressed with the level of customer service than the experience on this particular night. The customer service level was consistently provided by the all the employees.

I shop at this store frequently and I am always impressed with the staffs knowledge. No matter what I ask about gardening or how to change the valve settings in my shower, I receive an answer and advise for no charge.

They always have what I need, and if not I can order it on line and get it in a few days. Love this place!

I love this store, its always clean and I realize that they do know what they are doing in all departments. I can be sent to Home Depot not knowing what I'm looking for, there is always someone asking me if I need any help. I find myself describing the item and who ever helps me always gets it right. Everyday I good to Home Depot sometimes 2 to 3 times and I have never had any problems. Everyone I have encountered are helpful and very knowledgeable.

When it comes to customer service the associates are perfection personified. The store is clean and well organized. The associates are extremely helpful with questions in reference to products, repairs and gardening. The cashiers are extremely professional and very accommodating to Senior Citizens. I do love my home depot

I just recently purchased my first home. I have never purchased appliances and the thought of it was quite scary. I went on Black Friday looking for the best possible deal. Ed was available and I told him right away that I was looking for a refrigerator and possibly a dishwasher. But that I knew I would need to see if I could qualify for a Home Depot credit card first. We went through the process of that. Once I was approved, Ed went over some appliance reviews with me and what my options were as far as measurements etc. He was very helpful and kind. I believe that he may have even gone over his lunch hour because he was with me for so long going over everything, he didn't seem bothered by that either. He was extremely friendly and didn't seem to get annoyed with all of my questions that I had. He made it as smooth as possible for me and I felt good about my purchase walking out. Ed and the friendly, helpful, staff at Home Depot is why I will continue to shop there instead of Lowe's. Thank you Keep up the great work!

Allen colored some paint for me with enthusiam and charm. Identified my old and new paint. Good Job, Miss April checked me out who got me to get a Home Depot Credit card. Nice and caring person. Forgot something and had to come back to HD for an item.. She also checked me out the her charm and helpful attitude.

I preferr Cave Creek and Thunderbird stores, they are not as busy....BUT I was surprised how quickly I was done and on my way home.

The store was clean, the associate were trying to help everyone and the products were easy to find thanks for the day at Home Depot.
