I had to leave the store to get my wallet because this is one of the few stores in 2024 that does not have Apple Pay.

Greeted at the door by Kathy who helped us with the kitchen countertop promo offer, set up an appointment with specialist, Rudy who came out to our home the next day to present a quote and explanation of products and service. Kathy also introduced us to Charles in Capet dept who also set up an in home appointment with carpet specialist. We are very please with the personal attention to our needs!

Changed their checkout to all self-checkout in a small line that makes it hard to check out with anything large and makes you use slow self-check out machines.

Employees ignored you or walk away when you need help.

I waited for help for over an hour once at this store.

I went to the return counter to exchange a $15 quart of white paint for satin instead of flat unused unopened paint. The cashier told me that it was not an exchange because an exchange is only when you come in with the SKU and get the same exact SKU. That does not make sense as you would not return the exact item for the exact item however, beyond that they accused me of potentially putting milk into the paint can so they made me go get a sticker and have somebody check to ensure that I had not put milk into my $15 quart of paint After that, the manager was called because she and her words said you are telling us that you haven’t used this paint and haven’t had this paint for a very long time but we really don’t know that. Very bizarre being treated like a criminal when you’re literally trying to exchange a 15 Dollar Court of paint from flat to satin the paint could easily be put back on the shelf clearly unused.

Periodically we come across people who make a big difference in our lives by acting with kindness, ingenuity and thoughtfulness. I had that experience with Marlia when I bought 4 trees and couldn't get them home because the rental app for vehicles wasn't operating properly. I don't live far from the store so after a hauling company showed up with the wrong kind of vehicle to carry 12' trees, Marlia took pity on me and called a freind of hers who had a small pick-up and he came and got my trees home. She's a treasure and totally saved my day!

They are close to the last major retailer in the whole world not to support Apple Pay. It's more secure, so I don't see why. They repaved their parking lot last year, but it's already strewn with trash and debris; they really should clean it once in a while. Their shelves are generally well organized, but finding things can be difficult - including finding a person to help; they're always rushing to and fro.

If you are shopping at L O Home Depot and need help/advice ask for Brad......he's the best!!

Every time I shop at this store the checkout process is smooth and seamless. There is always at least one person (often two) ready to make sure the line moves and people are taken care of. It makes the experience really good especially if I am in a hurry. The only suggestion I have is have a person near the entrance to help with questions on where to find things in the store. If I am looking for something specific many times it is not on the signs in the ailes.

WE NEEDED A NEW CORDLESS BLOWER, WE HAD SUCH GREAT SERVICE AT THIS STORE! HELPFUL PICKING IT OUT, LOADING IT AND THE CHECK OUT WAS A BREEZE. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

When checking out in the lumber department, I expressed concern that I had an online quote for $2.48 per board, and was being charged $3.96. The saleswoman couldn't have been less concerned, and sighed and basically said, "Do you want them, or not!! WORST SERVICE I'VE HAD IN A LONG TIME!!!

What happened to 4002? Use to be a great place to shop. Now you can only get one lumber cart by Pro. They fired all the cashiers and put in self check out. Only the cashiers say hello. The rest of the staff in the aisles treat you like you were a leper.

It is easy to say that the installers that installed my new windows were outstanding. They were polite, professional, arrived on time and worked very effectively. They also respected our home, cleaning up nicely after each day of work. They were a pleasure to work with and did a wonderful job.

I called for a GE Humidifier APHL50LB on which the website said 'limited stock.' There's one remaining I was told, it was set aside, and I drove an hour through a storm to pick it up. On arriving back at my destination, I found I had been given GE Humidifier ADHL50LB which has no built-in pump

I went to the Tigard Home Depot because they were the closest branch to me, and am I happy for that. Very helpful and friendly staff and well stocked shelves. Besides home improvement materials, I often shop there for jewelry making supplies.

Mike and Adrianna are awesome. Had an issue with a vanity purchase, they went above and beyond to resolve it. It’s the kind of customer service you hope for at a retailer, thank you Adrianna and Mike!

Bill helped us find our faucet and the fitting that will work with the piping in our house. He was so helpful and we absolutely would come back! I even joked to my husband that it’s a good thing we bought the wrong thing at first because we wouldn’t have met Bill today and received the amazing help!

I wouldn't have a usable kitchen sink for Thanksgiving if it hadn't been for the manager of the kitchen/plumbing department. Thank you!

Self check out is great. Did not have to deal with any employee.

Was looking for a newer item from Milwaukee and have been to 5 different Home Depot’s while out in the field looking for one, asked employees at those locations and was unable to locate said item. Employees here found the item in the back on a pallet and I was able to purchase the item finally. Generally clean store, been here multiple times and always has friendly staff and is clean, generally no long lines other than customer service.

Brad is an employee that should be the example on how all employees should be!! Thank you.

I called the store to find a hard-to-find toolbox. I called to verify that one was in stock and Mike physically checked and called me back. He then arranged to have it pulled off a rack and ready for pickup. When I arrived to pick it up, Wes and James were already prepared and had it ready with a forklift to put in my truck. The efficiency and professionalism were impressive!
