There is a bit of a wait on busy days and weekends, and hopefully you will not need to track down an associate too often. The folks are helpful most of the time, for a few your question is beyond their expertise (especially some of the younger looking ones) so be prepared to make your case.

My roommate and I are moving to Salem. We currently live in Tigard, so we stopped at the Tigard Home Depot first, on our way to Salem. We were greeted, in the Washer/Dryer section by a rather friendly associate. John reached out to us with a few jokes and pointed us in the direction of the best deal for what we were looking for. We weren't sure we wanted to buy just yet, as we aren't moving for at least a month, so we thanked him and left. After discussing things with family (when we got to Salem) we decided to go to the Salem store and buy the set we had seen in Tigard, as we were assured they were the same price, no matter which store you went to. You can imagine our shock, when the exact same models we had seen in Tigard, were $20 more in Salem. When we inquired, the associates we spoke to were rude, did not seem interested in helping us and after confirming the models in Tigard were exactly the same and were, indeed, $20 less, told us there was nothing they could do about the price. So we thanked them for nothing and actually drove back to Tigard to get the appliances from John. John even waited for us to make it back, before he left for the night. He, again, was very funny and friendly. We managed to get through our purchase, he explained everything in detail about how to make sure we don't have any problems when our appliances are delivered, how to get the tech to set everything up for us, and what to do if we have any trouble. He made sure to answer all of our questions. Our experience with the TIgard store was so exceptional, my family in Salem is planning on driving all the way to Tigard, just to work with their associates as opposed to the Salem office.

Steven saw me walking to my car and asked if he could load some heavy tiles for me. Then, when I realized I'd left a bag in the store, he went in to track it down for me so I wouldn't have to get my son out of the car again. He was amazing and made the trip so much easier.

Clear store layou. Great stock. Helpfull staff. As always.

I came in 25 minutes before closing on a Friday night with a materials list that I needed before opening on Sat morning. I received exceptional service and left the store with 1 minute to spare.

I still have unresolved issues with this store, but due to convenience I continue to shop here. When an alternative presents itself I will definitely give them a try.

This store is always clean and the staff is always friendly, even when they don't have the answer, they take the time to find it for me.

I shop at this Home Depot frequently for work. The staff is always friendly and eager to help. Sometimes it seems they are a little light staffed putting more demand on the people working. That never prevents anyone from answering questions and offering help.

memorial weekend, very busy but they seemed to have a system, got my information, mixed my paint, and got me out the door quickly.

Home Depot in Lake Oswego is fantastic and very helpful. Trust that you will be well served to visit this store. The employees are the reason I go there.

The lumber selection was great, and the associates were helpful, both in the lumber department and at the cash register.

Nice person helped me look at Tragers. After purchase, store help was great to get it down and help me out tot the car with it.

We have ordered many windows and a new front door at this store and have been very happy with the help we got from Jeff and the quality of the products.

Store employees were helpful and friendly. I was able to find both bathroom faucets kits with the help of a sales associates and the supply lines I needed to get the job done

The associates were not available like before one year ago

Went in to buy a drill for home project and was assisted by one of the workers in that department. He was most helpful in explaining the warranty, how to register the warranty and where to locate other items in the store. Sorry I didn't get his name. Very helpful though. Also at checkout forgot to show military ID went back into store and they immediately gave us our military discount. Highly recommend this HOME DEPOT.

Great customer service in the hardware section. Need keys done quick with the personal touch, ask for Jose... "he's the man."

I purchased a large number of cement blocks. A little help loading the cart and/or loading the truck would have been helpful.

I use both the Sherwood and Tigard Stores at least a few times a month and love both!!

Had products available that Sherwood store did not so was happy to find what I needed.

Have always enjoyed HD. I find what I need at a competitive price. My husband says I'm not allowed in there without parental guidance because I always come home with new projects for me to do.

This store is very well staffed and the people are awesome! Steve at the pro-desk helped me today. It's so nice to have people at the pro-desk that actually know their stuff and Steve knows building and is super friendly (nice combo!). This is one reason I like this location so much. Stan in plumbing also helped me today and has never failed me. I have actually called ahead to find out if Stan was working before I made the trip down. The store is large and always clean. Employees seem very eager to help. It doesn't get better than that.

I was greeted at the door and asked the person where I could locate something to use to get rid of ants. I was directed to an aisle where an associate was there to assist me. When I chose the product I asked if he was sure this was safe for my dog. He looked it up in addition to checking the label. I felt like he went above and beyond just helping me. I left with peace of mind and a product to destroy the ants.

I've noticed that this location caters more to contractors due to its location and as such the staff seems to really get that time is money and they go out of their way to help and get our crews in and out in a timely manner and Associate "Mel" at contractors area near Pro Desk is really awesome!

I love the Tigard Home Depot above all other locations. I work for a general contractor and have to frequent many HD locations but the employees at the Tigard store are simply the most helpful, cheerful and genuine I have encountered. Everyone at the contractor's desk really knows their stuff (Magda, Melinda, Will, Kevin and Chris) as do the floating employees like Rick and Robert, Heather and Stan. From electric to plumbing, lumber to appliances, all so helpful.

I always am so happy when I leave Home Depot. It is always quick and easy to find the products I need, whether on my own or with help from an associate.

Will at the Pro Desk was of great assistance today and the service from Will and Mel are always top notch Thank you guys
