I arrived 10 minutes before the store closed. I needed birdseed and potting soil. The bags of birdseed weighed 40 pounds. I could barely get them in my cart. I casually told the cashier Umer how I had forgotten how heavy 40 pounds is. He immediately asked if I needed some help and volunteered to help me get the bags into my truck. Having had a surgery this last year I was so appreciative for his offer to help. It was just a few minutes before closing and it had just started to rain also. Thank you Umer for your great customer service and helping me. You were fun to chat with also!

Cyndie, at the Tooele store is vrr professional and a great employee. She went above normal customer service. I supplied a wrong number for a contact number, when my items arrived She research my name and located my new number and was able to reach me to advise my order was in!! Great service! Great employee!

We needed to go to Home Depot tonight to see about a warranty on a tiller. Justin was incredible and helped us out. He was extremely patient and friendly. Cyndi also helped us when we returned. Customer service is extremely important to me. I cannot thank these two employees enough for the exceptional customer service we received. I HIGHLY recommend this store to all!!!

I visit this store multiple times a week, even though I know the store better than most every employee is very helpful with all my questions no matter the time of day I am shopping.

We have to give a huge thank you to Zach at home depot tooele . I went in tonight looking for a homedepot apron for a little one, turns out they don’t sell them they’re just for kids club. So instead of just turning us away, he went made calls to daytime staff, found out where they keep them, and went and dug one out for us! Seriously above and beyond customer service and we’re gonna have a very happy 4 year old on his bday tomorrow morning thanks to him. Homedepot is Disney land to that boy! So thank you Zach you are awesome!!!

Our blinds were damaged when we received out order, we took them back to the home depot and tooele and got great service from the manager John and Kaelee, went above and beyond. Super appreciated that.

They have the isles cleared well so you can get around easier

Kathryn in appliances and Kaelee from flooring were amazing. Everyone was extremely nice, accommodating, and got what we needed done quickly. With us being brand new to the state, everyone made us feel like we’ve lived here forever.

I just purchased one of my first major purchases on my own, over 5k,and I was very well prepared, looking for major appliances, and I felt very comfortable with Kathryn, she knows her stuff. She wasn't pushing me to purchase, and took her time with me. So I ended up getting what I wanted and, Kathryn explained all the things and details about my purchases.

I have done business with many of the Home Depot's in the Salt Lake area, and the Tooele Home Depot is consistently the friendliest and most helpful!! Their employees always go out of their way to assist us in any way that they can.
