I WENT IN TO BUY A PRESSURE WASHER AND THE EMPLOYEES MADE IT SO EASY WITH THEIR HELP, KNOWLEDGE AND FRIENDLY SERVICE. I WAS IN AND OUT IN UNDER 25 MINUTES WHICH IS GOOD FOR MY INDECISIVE SELF.

Have done all home improvement projects at Tooele Utah Home Depot. This includes flooring, doors, garage and interior, and building and furnishing snack areas in family room and changing a bathroom into a pantry. The employees are very accommodating.

A couple weeks ago I came in for an order of 2x12x24s that had to be hand loaded. Monty, Jozef, and Matt were each extremely helpful in competing this task.

Josef and Liz went above and beyond to get my order placed.The signing pads at the register didn’t work so the order could not be completed. They did all they could, and called everyone they could think of, to get help. The issue was finally resolved and the sale finished. I greatly appreciate all their help!

We have a new house and need to install a sprinkler system. We had a list of parts and Becca helped us find everything we needed. If it wasn’t for Becca, it would’ve taken us 3X as long to find everything.

She was right there at the door when I had come in, and she walked me right to my item. She had helped me the other day as well. Always friendly, easy to approach, and I wasn't worried that she'd be too busy or distracted to help. Just an awesome experience. I love this Home Depot and she - and all the other great help I got in Paint - is part of the reason why.

Been telling myself for a month to get the Ring Doorbell. Bought 2, should have got them sooner...

I had two people help me. 1. Jozef R This kid is wonderful. A Positive attitude to start with. Helped from start to finish and never batted an eye and was helping me look for products that I needed. He even asked if he could help me load it into my truck. Holy Cow!!!!! What A Great kid. 2. Thomas F Saw what we were loading and came over to help us. I was kindly asked to step aside and they will get it loaded. So both Jozef and Thomas loaded my truck and asked if there was anything else that they could help with. WOW!!!!! Great employees that went beyond what I would call customer service. I’m still in shock about it.

Y’all must train your parking lot people well cause I have always had an easy experience - stray carts aren’t running into my precious mini van and the store is always ready with fresh carts available. Nicely done mystery cart homies!

I needed some help getting wood cut to a certain size for a project. Matt was awesome and happy to help

Matt assisted to get ram board that was up in the high storage area and then took it to car after purchase. He was great! It took 30 min to find it and buy it! On 3/27/23 at 2:43 pm

We always get great customer service when we’re in the store! Justin, Marshall, and Joey are always there to help and are so friendly. As we’ve built our home and continued projects they’ve been super helpful!

Not one isle of this store is cleaned and can easily be walked down with a cart. Isles are filled with displays, stairs, carts and employees stocking during the day. I only come here because its convenient, but this is the worst managed Home Depot ever. Get things cleaned up so customers can actually get to the isles to get the products. I HATE THIS STORE!

If you ever need any help with paint or paint matching. Make sure you speak to Zach he will make sure it is right and have you leaving happy!

When measuring for washers and dryers be sure to determine the open-lid height, and the distance needed behind the dryer for the gas and vent hookups. Ours did not fit. Although we were told we could return them with no problems as long as we responded within 24 hours to the 1800 number on the shipper, it turned out to be Not true! It turned out to be a fiasco. The store manager had to get involved, and we were eventually told if we brought them back, they would refund our purchase amount. It was the most stressful purchase I have ever made on an appliance. Second admonition: Don't use a store credit card or a gift card for a purchase without keeping your receipt. I bought circuit breakers that way, and when they were not the proper specs, I couldn't return them. I have spent a lot of money on remodeling a house and building a shop, all through the tooele store, when they could supply the parts, and they still treated me like I stole the breakers, even when I showed them the receipt for the replacements.

I walked in to a SLC store. Seriously there were four staff members not doing anything but chatting..I asked one guy where I could find something and he froze a girl said 9... Nope... By the time I found the correct place from the app, the inventory was all over and not correct. I walk out and drive to Tooele Home Depot. Greeted with smiles and nods. The store immaculate.Knowledgable folks who have helped me build three offices, one from gravel and Mediterranean rock. Greatest staff ever and management. Thank you
