I went to Home Depot to purchase a pot for a plant. Upon checkout the lady at the cashier self checkout helped with checkout. Just disappointed I couldn’t use Military discount.

asked for a specific item, was sent on a wild goose chase, I had to ask a person shopping and they knew the location of the items I needed.

Mr. Darold had provided outstanding customer service—he was kind, went out of his way to help, had a great sense of humor, and truly tried his best to assist us with bundling appliances for our kitchen. I couldn’t have asked for a better employee. I highly recommend Mr. Darold for his hard work and dedication.

When I need painting supplies I feel supported by the employees working the painting counter. They are courteous, prompt, knowledgeable and professional. I really appreciate their attitude.

Perhaps they have done this previously, but I am pleased that this store is seeking feedback. The store usually has what I need but I find it difficult to "locate" the aisle/section to where I should head when I enter the store. Perhaps a directory would be helpful. Also, less in the aisles and signage to direct one. Service provided was friendly and helpful and that was greatly appreciated. Finding what I came to get was also rewarding!

Returned items over 4 weeks has no credit back into account.

Workers there in general are lazy, and loud. Not operating under professional guidance. There are a few good ones I’m sure. Returns in the past have been good.

My late father started going to the Torrey Chase Home Depot in 2001, and I grew up walking those aisles with him. It used to be a place of pride. Now it’s a joke and that makes me so sad. I’ve had to chase employees just to get help, and the last time I asked for PVC to be cut, the guy acted like I was ruining his day, made a scene, dumped the pipe on the floor, and walked away. On August 3 around 5pm, I was publicly called out at self-checkout for supposedly cutting in front of someone, who was standing at least eight feet away with a . cart full of wood. The man didn’t care, but the employee humiliated me over nothing. There were other registers open. I had ONE tiny item. She told me I could go ahead, which makes me wonder why she needed to call me out to begin with, but I insisted on going behind the other customer. She then had to void my transaction, pointed out two other option registers, and wasted more time than if she had let me check out. You have lost this customer for good.

Thanks for getting skilled help in the department once again. The MET team is doing a wonderful job. The store looks clean, neat, and well-stocked. MET should be commended for their efforts.

The staff is helpful and pleasant to work with. The inventory is good and my experence has been good.

Employees were annoyed with me when they had to help me use a temporary Home Depot credit card to buy my appliances.

My husband and I waited in the appliance department for almost 15 minutes before any employee came to help us. We did purchase a OTR microwave. But, customer service sucks

My Home Depot is great for all my applicable needs.

Bought a LG refrigerator and a ice maker. The ice maker does not work and I'm having problems with anybody solving the problem. I have made numerous calls. This is going past 2 months

I was getting a generator installed. I had to go back to Home Depot a couple of times to get what the installer wanted. That’s not the store‘s fault that’s my fault for not understanding what he wanted. Everything was there and it worked out very well.

Purchasing thermostats and applying CenterPoint redemption coupon needed customer service assistant. Great help. Friendly, patient and efficient. This is my preferred Home Depot location.

several of the items I purchased were not available and had to be shipped from another store, the arrival was 3 days away at which time I was informed that there would be a delay of 5 more days the item was in store, but it would take 5 days to log them in as received, I needed them to complete a project

I will not be back to any home depot . The people working there are kids and even the adult. Can't and don't do they job

I had the AC representative come out to assess and give me an estimate. The estimate was astronomically high at $60,000 for 2, 4-ton ac units.. The emailed estimate is un-American.🇺🇸, un-American.

Lakrecia Etheridge was busy but stopped what she was doing to help me make my purchase rang it up and went got a dolly and loaded. She was friendly helpful and kind. Thank you for having such a delightful employee.

Every one not smiling, seem like nobody what to be at work, the lot help when you come out with huge items they look and runbthe other way. Like wow! It crazy.
