It seems as if every employee I walked past greeted me and/or asked if they could help me find something. Of all people, the manager helped me get exactly what I came for. Thanks.

When I go to this location, the staff members are always available to meet my needs. Donna at the checkout stations is extremely helpful, not only did she ring up my purchases, but made sure I received help and extra items to help me load my larger purchases. She is customer service done right!!

Greg was amazing really helped to make sure I left happy. If you go to this store and need help be sure to ask for Greg!😁👍

The cashier accused me of using the military discount without permission. The military discount is only 10%, not a big deal, but she made me relive the death of my husband, dealing with her.

Wanda is an extremely unprofessional and rude associate. She made no efforts to help us find out how much our scrap wood would cost and told us to just put it back because we're not getting it. How would we, as customers, know why there isn't a barcode or how to get one? She gave us an attitude the whole time because she had to count our wood. Please retrain Wanda. Customers before me and after me were not satisfied with her either because she always has something "smart" and snarky to say.

Despite the crowds I always find myself coming here just to browse the selection of unique plants I find in the succulent section.

this was a very pleasant visit and the store was clean and well stocked. I will definitely be back to do more shopping

Today I went to go by D-ring holders. Didn't know about them until the other day for my project. They had a full supply of what I was looking for.

The Torry Chase store is smaller, has a smaller selection of items than Tomball or the store on 1960 at 290. They do not have a carpet section and limited selection on other flooring.
