Filthy and disorganized. People park anywhere and block the loading zone. Illegals loitering and begging for jobs. Feels very unsafe and dirty! A terrible store.

I called every large appliance dealer and went to each before deciding to purchase the freezer from Home Depot. The employer was very nice and helpful!

One day ago ask associate price check and she was rude she hurrying me and on phone that is disrespectful totally

I am close to this location. I’m very happy about that. The employees are always very helpful. If they do not handle, those issues are working that department to help me they will contact someone who is usually there very quickly and then I complete what I came there to buy, very pleased with the service . I’ve been in Storage with employees with the nonchalant attitude. I just wanna brush you off. They can’t help you as you stand there having to look everywhere for someone to help you. It’s been lots of money there at your store and fortunately that is not an issue with you guys, thank you

I purchased 10 bags of 80 lb concrete. As I am up in age I needed help loading these. Was very difficult finding an employee that wanted to help me. This store has horrible customer service. If you shopped there you should know this.

These lights showed on clearance 69.99 but they never showed the original price. Plus parts was missing in box.

I give this location of Home Depot an A+++. The location is clean and neat. The employees are polite, friendly, professional, and helpful. Even when the employees don't know, they take the effort to find out. Very impressive. When the employees see that you need help, they often ask to see if they can help. Nice job.

You can not get a hold of a manager and no customer service person takes responsibility to help out a customer.

Bought washer dryer at this location a year ago.

Employees, everyone I unfortunately had to talk to, was rude and didn’t care about helping at all.

Needed some electrical wire cut. Ask 2 different employees for help. They said they did not work in that department but would call someone to come help. No one ever showed up.

The front end person collecting the tills at the end of the night needs to have her attitude checked.

I constantly have to go to locations further away or go to other companies to find what I need. Store is never stocked with items they show to have in inventory. Managers and employees are rude and try to avoid dealing with customers. Been looking for a 5lb fiberglass handle pick axe for 4 months now. Shows they have 23 in stock bit can't be found

Home Depot is my go to store for all my project, and out door needs. Prices are always unbeatable compared to the other stores. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Store is always clean. I had the pleasure of being helped by Adriel an Neisha.

I can’t tell you how many times this particular location’s staff has gone out of their way to help me. I am usually in a hurry and it’s easy to read on my face, but their speedy attendance to my needs makes it so much easier and less stressful to do what I need to do. They will literally help with ANYTHING and EVERYTHING! So many other stories have employees looking to avoid you so they don’t have to help you but Lisa and the other pro staffers, even the general staff, are running towards the problem and wanting to help you solve things or get everything on your list super fast. They are wonderful!!! This is by far my favorite Home Depot location as well as my favorite store in general. I will choose HD any day over their competitors, but especially this Torrey Chase location if I can.
