Excellent appliance salesman, Mr. Earl Coleman, who really knows his products and was very efficient and businesslike. I would HIGHLY recommend him to others.

This store is generally well stocked with items that I need. When you can grab a hold of staff to help you find the items you need, they are generally very helpful and will answer your questions to the best of their ability.

This review is for a return I brought in. I didn't have my receipt and the cashier, Brianna, looked it up by my Visa Card NNumber. She was very pleasant and helpful.

Cheryl at the garden shop was such a nice person we would consider her our friend and advisor whenever we shop in that section of Home Depot.

The employees were very friendly, professional, and willing to assist in any way.

i waited 23 minutes to pay for a full propane tank, just to be told that they were all out... why does the staff not know this Kandy at the Garden center did not know until Alyssa "DISCOVERED" they had none... why was I not advised in the beginning , what a waste of time, now I have already paid for a full propanee tank that I never received because I did not want to walk in another complete circle to do so, Alyssa wrote on the receipt already paid...

Had a great experience this afternoon looking for a refrigerator.

The associate at the service desk was very helpful in locating the remaining 2 sets of patio chair cushions I needed so I would have a total of 6 sets I needed.

very clean and will stock store! if there is something that you need and its not available, they will order it for you.

No one was available to assist for 20 minutes and I left at a different store to purchase items that i needed

I shop at Home depot frequently even though another building supply store is closer to where I live because of the friendly, proactive service I receive!

My husband and I visit this store often. It is convenient to our home in Anthem, AZ, a short distance away. We recently purchased ceramic tile for our patio. The pattern we picked was beautiful and it was on special at a great price. We had taken samples of other tiles it would have to match with us and it appeared to go well Upon getting home we discovered that once laid out it did not go as well as we had hoped and had to return our order. The help we received picking out the tile, the expert advice we were given and the courtesy extended when we had to make a return were very much appreciated. We will be back once we make a decision on what will work best on our patio. Special thanks to DeeDee, George, Laura, and Jim. A very happy experience for us!

Finding the items was at times difficult but the staff knew where everything is and the customer service staff are amazing

Associates Eric, Susan and Manager, Tina were exceptional!!!! It is very rare to find people who truly care about their job and the customers coming through the doors. Went shopping for kitchen appliances for our park model home. That meant strange sizes. Appliance salesman, Earl, was so helpful. Suggested we not use the handles on our frig so we could gain more inches in depth. Everything fit perfectly. Very happy.

Associates at this store are so friendly and knowledgeable. Really makes for a fun experience. And you can bring your dog, who after multiple trips now thinks he works there :) and now sees an orange apron as treat time.... very happy with the overall customer service, and efficiency.
