Always messy. A few hard working employees. Emily the hardest working person in your store!!! on the front end and Mike the new guy in paint!!! The aisles are always crowded with carts full of junk,

I would give them a zero rating if I could. Purchased a shower over the phone. Store tagged wrong shower, sold the one I purchased, kept me in the store for over an hour and a half while a bunch of knuckleheads insisted that I ordered a size other than what I ordered, even though my receipt said otherwise, put my project over a week behind. Complete, total incompetence.

For me it's always easy to find products and staff in this store. Compared to the last Home Depot store we use to shop at this one is far better.

Mr. John McClintock was an amazing person to work with. He was efficient and knowledgable and this did not take away from his friendly and professional demeanor. He was very helpful and remembered that I was in previously with my husband. This was a large appliance purchase (6 pieces to outfit our summer home) and I am certain I received the best available pricing. We appreciate Home Depot hiring of veterans and have had our Home Depot customer service experiences at this store.

Great HD. Could be a flag ship store. Nothing bad to say about my numberous and very frequent visits being a local contractor. Unlike most big box stores this HD always has staff available to help. -To the average customer. If your not a professional loading up a large amount of supplies stop using the pro parking. I am a pro and visit HD on average 4 times a week and unless i am loading up i dont even park in the one of the 4 pro spots. It is frusterating having to haul hundreds of pounds of material to the middle of the parking lot and stop traffic to load while some lazy person in a compact car is parked in pro so they load up a house plant.

every Home depot associate I've asked for assisting was always willing to help me.

Dale Norton from the windows and doors department assisted me in signing up for a great Fuel Rewards program! And getting me the perfect door taken through checkout and loaded into my vehicle.

We were very impressed with how knowledgeable, patient, and thorough our visit was at Home Depot. Dale Norton helped us with a huge project and saved us money and time. Friendly and well staffed, well supplied and if not because a popular seasonal item is sold out then customer service is good about ordering it to your house even! Clean, organized. I go here several times a week.

My order was made within the Window/Door Department of the Traverse City store.There are so many choices and ordering was made easy with a highly knowledgeable sales assistant giving me valuable advise concerning my choice of product. He really helped with my decisions and gave me the time needed to discuss everything. I am not knowledgeable concerning any orders I made within the past year, and Thank Goodness that Home Depot made my shopping so easy. Because of this exceptional service, I will not shop anywhere else.
