Bought outdoor carpet

My company buys a substantial amount of material from Home Depot every year. The good folks at this location are ALWAYS on the ball! The Pro Desk (Doug White) at this store is absolutely outstanding. Keep up the great job!

I bought material to make a chicken wheelchair. The lady in plumbing helped me find what I needed, cut the PVC to sizes I needed, even put together to be sure it was cut correctly. All I have to do now is cut material for seat and put on wheels. My lame chicken will heal in style. Second photo is not mine, but I hope what it will look like when I’ve finished it.

I don’t usually write reviews, but the experience I had at Home Depot absolutely deserves one. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine smiles and real can-do energy. The staff went above and beyond in every way — not just pointing me to an aisle, but personally walking me there and helping me find the exact items I needed. I had a complex project and thought I’d be in the store for hours, but their knowledge and teamwork made everything smooth and stress-free. One associate even took extra time to explain the difference between products and made sure I left confident in my purchase. Checkout was just as amazing — quick, friendly, and efficient. You can tell everyone here takes pride in what they do. It honestly felt like shopping with friends who happen to be home improvement experts. Huge thanks to the entire team — this level of service is rare these days. Home Depot has definitely earned a lifelong customer!

I recently purchased 5 one gallon cans of Beher 6 year - 8 year stain and sealer for $49.00 each, for application with a sprayer. The new all plastic cans do not fit any of my several snap on can spouts. Pouring from the can to the sprayer tank is a mess without a snap on spout. The resealed can feels like the lid will pop off any minute. The can lists it is recyclable. No in my city. This is a bad design choice new cans on a $49.00 product.

The website said this store had 70 pcs of the item that I needed 3 pcs of. Since I was travelling from another county, I called first to confirm the on-hand stock. It took me 5 minutes to get past the automated AI robot voice to get forwarded to supposedly a real human. The phone then rang and rang for the next 15 minutes and nobody there ever answered. When I got to the store, there was only one (1) item on the shelf. I told an employee that I needed 3 pcs and he said "we've only got 1." I showed him a printout from the website showing 70 pcs and he looked confused. He said he'd look, and disappeared for about 15 minutes. He finally came back in a back door with 2 more pcs of the item I needed. Problem issues: 1> No one at the store would answer the phone. 2> Stock was not on the shelves 3> Employee was initially unaware that more stock might be elsewhere.

Bought lights JC was the most helpful associate I have ever had!

I ordered flooring. Was told it would be ready to pick up next day. Have yet yo receive it. Been given run around by a manager. Very frustrated and disappointed in the service I have received!! May stop shopping a Home Depot!!

So grateful for LANDON in the Garden Center for being so polite and HELPFUL! It was refreshing to have someone so kind and helpful in a day when it's usually hard to find!!!

This store's always clean, aisles are almost always void of clutter, and it's easy to find a "helper" who's courteous, knowledgeable, and cares about whatever project I'm working on. Rarely do they not have what I need in stock... and pets on leashes are always welcome!

I always shop here for gardening needs and always have a great experience.

Consistently excellent service folks there. In particular and recently, Cassie and Matthew were all-stars. They helped clean up a mess made by poor delivery drivers. Did it with smiles, laughs, and jokes. (JUST ASK BRIAN). I will continue to do at this location because of the people.

I shop here multiple times per weekend. Usually have everything in stock. Plant selection is also very nice!

I was ordering a product online in the Store, and the staff behind the Service desk took such good care of me. They were totally professional and dedicated to helping me.

Very quick drop off much appreciated. Their follow up survey does not allow me to compliment the delivery person. The survey only asks whether I got greeted or helped in the store and I had to say no without being able to qualify that’s because I was never in the store. This makes the staff inadvertently look bad in the survey. Please add an NA and ask about rating the delivery, which was excellent. Thanks!

I was on the hunt for my first washer and dryer set, and Kim was so helpful and friendly. She wasted no time assisting me and the whole process was done in only 30 minutes. She was such a delight!

I just want to thank the gentleman that guided me to everything I needed. Helped me later with catching up with time ! I hate I can’t remember his name but he was dark longer hair, thinner gentlemen . Even waved at me bye as I was leaving . And to my second visit thank you young lady with helping with finding the right bits !! And several employees helped look for a specific. Dewalt item . And they found it !! Love that . Thank you so much for a great evening st Home Depot . Customer Service is My favorite and yall are rocking it !!!! Keep it up :)))

The parking at this store is terrible and getting worse as they have closed off more of the parking lot. The loading area at the lumber section is always full of vehicles of people not loading. The vehicles that were in the loading area were still there when I left 20 later. The aisles are always crowded with products and in the lumber area they keep orders for pick up so at times you cannot acquire the items you need. I usually try to go to our other Home Depot in town which has ample parking and loading areas.

THere are too many parking spaces reserved for pickup. They are very rarely used and make everyone else park farther away from the store entrance. I go to this store at least once a week and there is very ilttle activity ever in these reserved spots. Open them up!

Awesome store and service is great! The children activities is a great addition.
