I was promised my refrigerator would be delivered in a week. On the date of the scheduled appointment, they sent a text message advising it would be another week. You can’t get a hold of anybody at the store or at the provided link for their website.

From the friendly welcome to our parting cashier, our floor shopping experience was above and beyond! My husband and I were shopping for replacement floors after a home water issue and were clueless about the floor search. Our flooring rep, Kelvin Hernandez, was an answer to a prayer. He was knowledgeable, attentive, efficient, and beyond kind in facilitating our floor choice and purchase. We had no idea we would leave the store so well taken care of. Great work, Kelvin! Because of you we will be back.

What a nice experience at Home Depot today, the store was clean and in order. I was able to find what I needed and came for and, help from a couple of great employees. More polite staff and cleaner store here at the #2315 store, than most others I have been in.

I had to buy a grinder as a gift and the guy helped me with it and helped me find a Great deal with it

I asked an associate (Preston) that was near check-out if anyone could help me load a somewhat heavy shelving unit in a basket - and he actually went above and beyond to actually load the unit in a cart, stayed with it while I got my my car near the front of the store and then loaded it.... all the while me saying let me help, but he just said 'no no' it's no problem and he'd do it! And the check-out person (Etasia) was very knowledgeable, friendly, and most personable. Great Experience / Visit.

Nobody ever tells you how to save $25 or get a free soda! And when you tell someone, they make it seem like they give the free soda, but still charged for it! So, no something not so important is quite annoying. And my child was the one who mentioned the free soda to the cashier even!!!

The most incompetent customer service representative I've ever encountered

Made a bad online order right

I looked at the entire shelf of light bulbs until I found some in a package labeled "bright white," and thought this was just I was looking for. But when I screwed them into the socket they had a yellowish cast and did not match the other bulbs in the light fixture. Had to return which was very inconvenient.

I stopped in this Home Depot to purchase some heavy duty totes which they had plenty in stock. However, when I went to check out, they had a plethora of self checkout stations but only one checkout clerk. Having been in this store a few weeks prior, I knew that these totes were located at the north end of the store. However the only checkout clerk available was clear at the other end of the store... which meant I had to pack these big totes all the way from one end of the store to the extreme other end. Because I know where to find the totes, I parked at the north end of the parking lot, figuring I'd could exit the building near where I picked up the items I was purchasing. But... once I did finally get a clerk to provide a checkout service, I then had to pack the totes all the way back to the other end of the parking lot. Even if the one and only checkout clerk would have been centrally located, I would have been fine with that."Emma..." the clerk... was sweet as could be. However, when I voiced my dissatisfaction with the store only having one checkout clerk, she gave me the outdated excuse... probably as she was told to give by those she reports to... that "they were having a difficult time getting employees to work." Listen folks... Covid was 3 years ago, and I know for a fact that stores all over are just using the "we can't get enough employees" line to justify not hiring enough people and ultimately keep their overhead at a minimum. I even know of major retailers putting up "help wanted" signs and then telling prospective employees that the sign is just a farce and that they're actually not hiring anyone. This isn't about not being able to get enough employees... it's about making even more money... like the prices of building materials aren't high enough and they're not making millions. Now... am I anti self checkout? Of course not!!! I have no issue whatsoever with having the option to do self checkout! If I'm at a store and I'm only getting a few items, sure! I'll gladly use the self checkout option. However I don't want to be forced to have to use self checkout. By me doing my own checking out... am I not doing Home Depot's job for them??? Shame on you Home Depot!!! I hope you got a good look at me as I exited your building because it will be the last time you see me... unless you stop being so greedy and hire some check out clerks!

Staff and trainee were smiley, and efficient! I spent an hour trying to reach a human to find out if my order was ready for pickup! I tried check order status link and just main number!?

Scott & Bruce have been awesome to work with throughout our renovation project. Scott went back and forth with me via email for months as our project developed and was so patient and knowledgeable. Jason, the store manager was also very welcoming and hospitable.

Needed assistance with deck supplies and Kelvin was awesome

I'm a contractor and deal with many supply houses and parts stores. Scott at the pro desk is the real deal.

When went in initially to.look at storm doors an employee was there to help us. He was very informative and knowledgeable. I wish I I could remember his name but I can't. If we ask for help of someone helping someone else they are very gracious and tell us just as soon as I'm done here I'll be with you and in this particular case we looked doors on display and unless than 5 minutes he was with us. He explained the gestures of various doors and made sure we understood what came w each door. We had work done from this store before. Good experience each time.

I have shopped at this location many times and I have been overall satisfied each and every visit to this store. I like the product selection and the brands offered and I plan on continuing to shop there in the future.

Extremely rude, insulting, and completely helpful employee in appliances. I will not shop at this store again
