This store has a very good selection of many products. So many times a store only has one or two brands of a product. These guys go out of their way to give you great selection.

I was stressing about a new roof but that ended at the Pro Desk with Bruce. Every thing was taken care of from start to finish as far as I’m concerned. Very very pleased

From the minute I walked into the store until I checked out with Susan, it was a great experience! Three employees helped me with an inflatable and got the large display down so I could purchase it. Great team effort Turfland!

I went to get a replacement disposal for the kitchen, and found exactly what I needed with the help of an associate that knew the products when I did not!

I purchased the Dewalt DCST972X1 at Turfland Mall store in Lexington, KY. I got home and discovered the battery was not in the box, though the charger is. The box specifically stated that the battery and charger are included. I phoned the store but have to return in person to receive another item or a refund. I live an hour and a half away and this is very inconvenient. Either the store or Dewalt needs better QC to make sure all items advertised are in the box.

Was able to find the tool for a father's Day gift and the clerk went above and beyond helping us get what we had searched all over town for. And the price was alot cheaper as well

Rented a 12 ft box truck. Told it was nearly full. 15\16. Drove two miles and paid $31 to fill it up. Home depot did not credit me anything for the extra full they charged someone else $10 \ gal. Don't expect anyone to help you load at this store.

I returned an item. It only took about 15 seconds and I was walking out the door.

Excellent trip for supplies, easy getting in and out but best thing was the service I received in checking out. Very friendly, efficient and went above and beyond by asking if I wanted another account. Since I have rental property it was perfect and I received a $25. credit to apply to todays charges. Can't beat great service and free cash!!!

This store is my favorite hardware store. Usually have everything I need, great service.

I was buying a few things for a school project and Brittany saw me at self check out. She told me that she had a similar item to one of the things I was buying in her car. She then went out and got it and told me I could have it. She saved me a few dollars which means so much to a broke college student!

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. They even greet us as we entered the store. This a dying gesture in most store nowadays.

Every time I shop at this store the employees are super helpful, in particular Karla at the pro desk and Amber at customer service

So refreshing to have store associates voluntarily ask if I had questions or needed assistance! In another competitor’s store I am rarely able to get assistance even when asking—extremely frustrating. Everyone in this store was friendly, and did not act annoyed by a question or by assisting.
