I bought two sets of bathrooms fans and I have to find those by my self because two of your associates couldn’t find them for me. They were very focused in their personal talks and didn’t know where to find the items till I found them .

Couldn't figure out how to order a hedge trimmer attachment on the website. Went to Eva at the return desk and she was very helpfull and got it ordered for my. Very pleased with everything I did at the store.

Eric Perry the delivery guy was very professional and friendly. I originally wanted the items placed on my lawn but after his professional advice that his pallet jack would get stuck and leave my lawn with marks I opted to have him leave it in the drive as he had recommended.

I changed my mind took back what I bought , with out the 3rd degree. Which was sweet,easy and great experience.

I go there a couple times a week and the shelves are well stocked and organized.

Very slow process to get a repair done

This store has a long way to go to catch up with the service, cleanliness, supply, courtesy, of the store in Thousand Oaks California. Why is Turlock at a 3 on a scale of 1-10 and 10 being Thousand Oaks California Home Depot?

Although the product I wanted was not in the store, I was able to find a similar product with the help of a staff member, that's why I like shopping at this homedepot, Knowledgeable and friendly staff

Store manager is not friendly, in fact the employees at this location are just not very good.

Were recently purchased a patio table and was very easy to set up also would like to thank Aidan for helping us with our purchase and loading it she went above and beyond along with another employee thank you !

Not all, but many employees don’t care and will do what’s easiest for them , especially in the return department. Some treat you like a scammer for using the return policy their employer made. With the ones who care, it’s always an easy and smooth process with minimal pain. The ones who don’t will send you to a 3rd party call center who will lie, and the store manager will side with them unless you have documented evidence to prove what you’re saying. Customer service has gone downhill over the last year or two. Never had problems before. New managemen is terrible.

I have purchased hundreds of this product. Made in USA. No call backs after install. Highly recommended

We purchased a good amount of turf for our backyard and the team at Home Depot was so helpful. We needed an additional roll brought from the back, multiple cuts, and help with some details. We received all that and more. The team was knowledgeable and worked together to take care of our needs.

The stores employees defiantly helped make my trip to the store very pleasant, as well as easy to find the item i needed, purchase it, and then continue on with my day without any delays or unnecessary issues.

I shop at this home depot close to everyday. Always able to find help close to where I'm at in the store and the store is kept in good order and the shelves are well stocked.

I have been remodeling my home's interior and have had mostly a good experience , though at times I had a hard time finding a associate to help me in finding things

Went back to return some materials that didn’t need anymore and some lady wanted to tell me that I might not be able to return them because it been more than 90 days to return it when I was told I had until December to return the materials. So some other young lady helped me out and did the refund on the materials and was helpful but the majority of the female employees need to have a better attitude at work.

Purchased a closet shelf, accompanying shell brackets, which included the bracket for closet rod. After finding studs the easiest show you can put up as a system.

I have had a business account at this store since it opened near 20 years ago and the employee base here is exceptional...if the management or those that need to know that do not, they should...these people are why I go there, certainly not the owner of the company that I disagree with on most things...

Store layout makes it easy to find what we need. Staff was friendly and eager to help. Store had a great stock of items you don’t find elsewhere and need.

They consistently have the best prices, biggest selection, and most importantly the most helpful, friendly, polite staff.

Jose in Hardware is pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. Riverbank is closer to me, however, I will be shopping in Turlock in the future. Far better customer service from all the employees.

Bought coverings for our new home (28 windows total). Yolanda and Charlene were amazing to work with and were a huge help!!!

Terrible customer service, employees act annoyed to help customers. Four employees walked past me loading sheets of drywall by myself, not one offered to help, or even acknowledged me. Crazy how bad this store is.

I reserved a riding mower and when I got there no one offered to help me find it. I was there about an hour and found it myself. I talked to several employees and no one went the extra step. A am a senior and I was on a riding cart. I traveled an hour to buy the mower.
