I have been shopping there for many years and have built a relationship with heads of departments making it great to shop.

The cashier, Conner, could not have been anymore condescending, rude, and straight up sexist. If we were males he would’ve never even questioned the amount of wood we were buying and it really brought us down and made us doubtful of Home Depot. This isn’t the first time this cashier has been rude to me either.

Met Jose today who helped with getting me all I needed and explained all the different options at the better deal. He was friendly and really helpful!

two weeks ago I made a small purchase and was given the biggest help from Jeff, Eric and Diana, they treated me as if I made a purchase in the thousands of dollars, their help was courteous, professional and genuinely very helpful

I went in today to try and get some help from the employees. That is exactly what I got. Three employees went above and beyond spending some time to attend my three year old and myself. Johnnie from customer service, Brenda from Hardware department, and Jose from Hardware department all went above and beyond for me! I really appreciated them all helping me out giving me the best customer service. I was more happy because they were able to fix my issue with something I purchased from their store. Jose is also quite the handy man! He knows a lot and people go to him because of the knowledge he has. All self taught I’m sure! God bless everybody!

I recently made a trip to this Turlock home Depot and was very happy with the service that I received. The associate was knowledgeable about what I wanted and where it was located. The cashier Maryland was very friendly and helpful and made my trip very pleasant

Jose helped me pick the correct impact equipment to change tire plus a battery and charger. I drive 3 hrs daily to work at night and in bad weather and in danger and he helped me.

Purchased a heat/air unit, after comparing prices this was the best deal. After the transaction, we purchased another unit without comparing prices knowing it was the best deal but also because the employees were so friendly and helpful

Leonard, in flooring, saved our day. We had called around to other Home Depot stores for a particular tile pattern, and the store in Turlock, CA had the number of boxes we needed. When we got to the store, we couldn't find the tile, and we had an associate help us and about 30 minutes later, Leonard arrived on the scene. He knew the tile and how it had just recently been moved up really high on a shelf we couldn't even see. Leonard got a ladder and we got our tile! Perseverance paid off, thanks Leonard!!!

Had a item to return and Lady help me was very polite and professional on what could do to help me.

Alejandro in helped me match the paint I was looking and it’s perfect! He was friendly and helpful. I dislike the feeing that I’m bothering someone when I need help finding something. All of the employees looked happy to be at work which is a rare thing these days. Keep up the good work Turlock Home Depot!

We shop at the Turlock Home Depot often, and we have never had anything less than exemplary customer service. We are always happy with our purchases, but during the pandemic when we did most of our shopping on-line, we did have a couple of products that arrive damaged. We were able to return these to the store for a full refund, and the staff was always friendly and happy to help then too. Everyone is always happy to help and go out of their way to ask if you need help. We have even had employees asking if we need help finding something while we are just waiting for one another to exit the rest room. An amazing and helpful group of people. We just love this store!!

Went to return an item and the clerk asked for my ID and I set my wallet on the counter and she started yanking it out of my wallet!!

Horrible experience. Paid them to cone out and measure for floors. Final quote 3 times more for labor than in store quote. Put project way over budget. Waste of money!!

Just bought a Tuff Shed. The employees were super helpful. No wait time and knew what they were doing

We purchased flooring here with the help of Eva Huron. She is a very nice, knowledgeable employee who went above and beyond to help us with this very large project.

Bought a new battery for my truck at the Turlock CA location. Reasonable price and it was in stock when I went to purchase it. Many other stores are out of stock for car batteries or have outrageous prices. Thanks to Home Depot, I could actually afford to replace the battery at a good price.

On the bottom of there receipt they say that I have 90 days to return the product but they refused to take it back and didn’t tell us when it was purchased that they wouldn’t take it back. It’s 20 ft of wire that they could have taken back I got 20 ft of red and 20ft of black. Which some one could get that.

Turlock Home Depot employees and rude, lazy, and unwilling to help customers with their needs. Its crazy to treat people who are here to spend money with such contempt. Will not shop here again.

This particular Store was clean and it did have helpful employees. All the staff I seen were working hard and I applaud their efforts. Yolanda especially was gracious, friendly, and had knowledge in items I needed which I appreciated. She seemed to take great pride in her work, an that was nice to see.

It seems that when I visit this store it’s a hassle to receive decent customer service. I couldn’t find what I was looking for due to the items home location set on ghost side cap. When I asked for assistance the associate was unwilling to help. The item showed 28 on hands and the employee informed me that there counts are usually off but by 28? After searching without help. I found it’s proper home location with the items on the shelf. I ask the employee to fix the action issue for the item and the employee ignored my request.

Luis from the garden center helped my wife and I separate two stock tanks that had smaller ones wedged inside. He took the time to remove the drain plugs from each of them, and they just pulled right out. He made our day.

Associates all are willing to not just "point" to the right aisle but to go with me. They have searched their phones to find the products I am in need of. I appreciated Sara's help in the lighting section.

This store usually has what one needs. Getting help in specialty departments sometimes difficult. You have to aggressively seek someone to help out. And, everyone there isn't necessarily informative, although everyone seemed friendly enough. Just short on help.

It is a best place to buy all construction material.

Melody was extremely rude when I asked a question and gave me a attitude the entire experience and for working there for 13 years which her tag said she should know how to help a customer out and the store was dirty and unorganized.
