Bought Ductless Under Cabinet Range Hood with light. Great product, I loved it. Theres also really good employees in store. If you see sales associate named Gregory, He is best to help all shoppers.

Every time I go into this Home Depot (Tustin), I am greeted with smiling and knowledgeable staff. They know their stuff and keep their promises (delivery dates, return policies, etc.). I feel comfortable purchasing large appliances and taking the staff's advice about repair issues, etc.

The associate in the paint department was extremely rude and disrespectful. I come to this store almost every week to get paint and I’ve never been treated like this. He spoke to me like I didn’t know what I was doing, he was not willing to help me, he kept cutting me off when I tried to talk, he told me to move so he could help someone else before I was even done with my paint order, he didn’t ask me what type of paint I wanted, he walked away from me without telling me when to come back. His tone was no acceptable at all. This is very upsetting.

I could not find the DE for the pool. The Windex. and the Coax wall plate. More and more the in store displays are taking over. Michael Goodfriend helped me find the DE and the Windex and the coax wall plates. I was thought you did not have them and was checking out. Michael asked if I had found everything ok? He searched and found that they were in stock and the bay number. I went back and moved the in aisle displays and found each of the three items. I did not take a photo of the displays in the way. Is anyone else having trouble finding items? At check out Camila was efficient and friendly.

I recently purchased a wheel barrow at your store in Tustin CA (2782 El Camino Real) And just wanted to acknowledge one of your employees Rachel who was so helpful. I wasn’t sure it was going to fit in my car. So upon going outside and seeing another employee ( a guy no less) she asked him for his opinion. Without even giving me a chance to open my back hatch ( I have a Subaru Crosstrek SUV) he said no. Rachel said let’s give it a try. So she and myself wheeled it over to my car, lifted and put it in, no problem. I was just amazed the other employee wasn’t even willing to try or offer to help us. I might add I’m a senior at 64 years of age.

I asked for help at the register. I asked for help in the back. I finally captured someone who actually helped. It was Sam. She didn't even work in that department was the only person who actually did help.

Waited 20 min to get help with making a key copy no one ever helped had to use the cheap vending machine key

I have never had bad experiences going to this store. The employees are always friendly and knowledgeable!

Set up delivery for specific date siad they would call did not call so i had to call them put on gold for several min. They changed delivery w/out notice. Then same thing for 2nd delivery date. Called on hold for 20 minutes told they changed date to day we specifically said could not be delivered on again no notice. Then told i could not get delivery for 5 weeks for a microwave really?

Muhammad Siddiqui was extremely helpful, insightful, and patient with my wife and I in purchasing a Bosch refrigerator.

Absolutely thrilled with the service we were provided today. We came in for a washer, dryer, and refrigerator and were so floored by the customer service we were given that we will be coming back to this location for all of our home improvement needs. I am getting ready to move and my mom was kind enough to help me out with some appliances for my new place. Ryan practically helped us from the moment we stepped on the floor. He made this such an effortless process and then was kind enough to meet us on a human level. He walked us through the process to the point where I was clearly able to visualize these items in my new home. I have been so stressed about this move and am so thankful to have finally found a place. So although he was just doing his job, he really made this such a fantastic experience. I can't say thank you enough for this exemplary service. Well done!

Mark in the Paint Department did an outstanding job in providing the highest level of customer service. Mark was knowledgeable and very helpful in helping me figure out what paints and materials I needed to paint my home. Mark went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and also showed me techniques and the process to completing my home project successfully. I hope management recognizes Mark for his unparalleled efforts in making my experience at Home Depot a memorable one.

Cashier Robin was awful. She never acknowledged me nor my spouse. She did not greet us, look at us, or speak to us. She called us to the register by waving her hand and turning her back towards us while speaking to another associate the entire transaction. Not one time did she look at us. She gave us our receipt without saying a word. I asked her a question just to acknowledge us. It was the worse experience I have ever received at Home Depot or any store. We both were offended by her actions.

This store is clean.

A gentleman named Mike in the Paint Dept provided me with excellent customer service today. He was highly attentive, extremely knowledge about paint, very helpful, and a pleasure to interact with. Not only was the paint he mixed for me was perfect, but also his delivery of customer service- one of my best Home Depot experience in 10 years. Thank you, Mike. Exceptional job!

bought two brand new LG high end matching washer and dryer and Home Depot Tustin guy as amazing, product knowledge, friendly, technical, efficient, detailed, pleasant. will be refrigerator from this same guy soon

Problem with Home Depot is in all their stores, clean them up, and cleaning doesn't mean sweeping the dirt behind product.

Really nice store with everything required for a student living on dorms. Great, helpful people.

The store is well stocked. I got great assistance and great service. The store always looks great, neat and clean and organized. All the associates are very helpful and friendly. This is the best Home Depot in Orange County. I love this store. I shop here all the time.
