This store is always filled with energetic, helpful, wise advisers in each department. I always look forward to shopping at Home Depot, and love this location is around the corner!

I shop at this store all the time, I'm always able to find just the right item to keep my little home in tip-top shape. Customer service is delightful, everyone greets you with a smile, and is willing to work with you at every level...it's a win-win for everyone. Keep up the good work!

I needed some Ridgid power tools and my go to guy is always John with the orange shoes. This guy knows his stuff, and will give you straight up information. There is a home depot closer to my house but I drive to the Tustin store because of John. Thanks John for the stellar customer service. I hope home depot knows how important you are to there bottom line.

If you are interested in purchasing window treatments or carpet I suggest you check with the Tustin store and speak with Jacqueline. She is the customer service person you've been looking for! Very patient and very helpful.

Loved my experience at the Tustin location. I had a long and HEAVY list. Omar saved my back, my pocketbook and my time by serving as a personal shopper lifting the loads, hunting down needed info, and making sure I received the 12 month financing benefit for both of my online and in-house purchases. He was a blessing and the store was very pleasant.

On my days off, I like to fix things around the house and work DIY projects. The other day, I had considered replanting some herbs and vegetables in my garden. I had seen some great tutorials online for a raised garden bed, but didn't really know where to start. I went into Home Depot and walked around for a bit, until I met a really friendly company employee. They walked me through the aisles while asking me what I wanted to work on. They helped me load all the pieces I needed into a cart and cut all of the wood for me. We walked through every aisle until absolutely everything I needed was in my cart and I got exact details on how to build my dream garden. I felt like I was special and that someone really cared about what I was trying to accomplish. I must have spent a good 45 minutes to an hour there, but I didn't notice. I felt like family. I ended up going back a few days later to show them what I had made. Since then, I have made lists of things I want to try next and I can't wait to get started!

I interfaced with three different employees and was greeted with friendly approaches from all of them. The were knowledgeable, and able to help me find everything I needed. One took the time to explain the survey and told me to enter - and that is why I am entering now and hope to WIN. I have been a customer at the Tustin, CA store for twenty years have a good feeling when I have some when I go there. It is always clean and well stocked, (I found everything I was looking for on this last trip) and on probably 90% of my previous visits, which is a pretty good score.

I'm not a pro and needed a lot of help. I was given that help by two excellent employees. So if you need help, find Mike and Chandra. They are the greatest

Mike Sheppard has the BEST service skills ever. He helped me find a sale product throughout the entire store. Emmet also helped. I drove over 45 miles and it was well worth it!! If you need help with anything in tools ask for John with the orange shoes. This guy is GREAT!! he will go out of his way to find what you are looking for even if it means moving everything around in the overhead to find something that his computer says limited availability. He's like a bloodhound he didn't give up until he found the Ryobi P601 Palm Router I was looking for. Truly a dedicated HD employee and shows he likes his job.

This is the BEST Home Depot around. The employees are very friendly and always take you to the items and offer advise on the best use for them. If you are a DIY person you will get all the assistance you need to work on your project! Great for returns and ordering on line (pick up in store) both services are much better than other home improvement stores. Their garden department is also very organized, clean, and well stocked with the right type of plants for the zone!
