Love this store! Always friendly staff and lots of options for various home improvement jobs!

I do not shop other home improvement stores.

I shop a lot in this store especially in the home and garden area. I have purchased several tools at this store. The employees are always courteous and helpful.

They store is easily accessable, great friendly staff and neat clean store.

If you're looking for appliances, Home Depot has the best floor model selection. Ask for Raymond! He is very friendly, helpful. He was able to help us find everything we wanted and we stayed within our budget!

There’s a young man name Zach that works there that is such a big help! He is very pleasant and patient and will go above and beyond customer service expectations. He was very friendly and made sure he helped with everything we needed. He’s probably the best employee I’ve dealt with here and is extremely courteous, definitely a main reason we will return.

Understaffed, under trained in Pro support. Two different male employees on two different visits refused to look up from their register to even acknowlege me, like they had better things to do than wait on me. If you are busy with an order, tell me, at least acknowledge that I am there! No discounts for Pro sign up except for paint of more than 2k-- a complete scam. Mis cut both pieces of lumber, had to drive 25 miles back to correct. Could have bought my own saw for the amount of labor I spent.

My husband and I were helped by Jesse Fuller with our very detailed project! He had such patience and kindness and took care of our full order needs! He treated the other Home Depot employees with great respect! In turn, they were all so helpful with our visit!! This was our first time to shop Home Depot that was stress free!! I had to a make a forty mile drive to load up on Milwaukee cordless tools but it was definitely worth it. They had a great selection with different tool packages. I was amazed at the selection and very pleased with the deal I got. I would absolutely recommend it.

Garden Department: want knowledgeable people to help you, yes actually help you, then Home Depot Tyler TX is the place to go. Looking for a great plant selection or soil additive, then go to this store. I was able to get the helpful advice I needed without searching the aisles for someone. It was a wonderful experience to have someone ask if I needed help and then actually provide the advice needed to make my selections.
