Jere went above and beyond to help me when I lost my diamond earring! He made sure I had everything I needed.

I shop here regularly, and the employees are always eager to help you with any of your needs. I am always greeting when I arrive, and associates always ask if I need help. The manager does an exceptional job stressing "customer service".

Like basic floor plan of the building

First of all we don't mind making the 45 minute to 60 minute drive to get to The one in Tyler or corsicana. Both stores are extremely stocked employees greet you and if you're within a certain distance they will check to make sure if you need anything unlike their competitor when you get close to those people they literally haul. I just want to say thank you guys for making my shopping experience always positive and able to find the help that I need.

Store was in complete dissaray. Isle was filled with merchandise not put up so customers couldn't get down isles with or without a cart. Employees said they'd complained to manager, as did I. But condition of store was horrible. Don't know if a new manager is there but I've always shopped at this store and was shocked at how it looked at this visit. It has never been like that in the past.

If you are in the market for new home appliances definitely go talk to Phil Fitts! He was very informative letting us know qualities and features of the washer and dryers. We had no intention of making a purchase that day but after his help we decided to go ahead and do just that. He took the time to show us how the smart washers worked and which ones were better than others and was able to get us quotes on about three different combos. He was never rude and very upbeat! Great guy for sure

The planting season is just around the corner and Home Depots Garden Center looks like a Holland Flower Festival! I bought so many beautiful plants that I can't wait to put them in the ground! They have tulips, hyacinths, perennials and so much more. I now have an herb garden...thanks, Home Depot!

I was shopping for flooring and Sandra in the flooring dept. was terrific. She went above and beyond what I usually experience when shopping for products to repair my home.

During a remodel, we stopped by Home Depot in Tyler, TX. In the Kitchen Remodel area, Sascha Lucas as if she could assist. She was knowledgeable, made helpful suggestions, and stayed within our budget. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

I bought a rigid job box that I desperately needed but couldn't find by myself and received help locating and loading it onto my shopping cart just as quick as I asked about their location.

We recently purchased a range and were completely satisfied by the entire experience.

If you need an appliance, please see PHIL at 3901 Old Jacksonville Hwy. He is truly an expert on brands and life expectancy of specific products. In addition Phil was extremely friendly and easy to talk with.

Ask for Kiya. She helped us compare dryer models and also helped us through the decision process to get the right dryer for us.

We haven't had the greatest experience in some other building supplier stores; however, when we walked into the area we were needed to go, in this Home Depot, I was almost immediately greeted and asked if I needed assistance! Such a welcoming and positive experince! Phil Fitts did an amazing job of helping us navigate the best appliances to suite our needs! He wasn't a fast talker and he didn't waste our time! He was highly experienced in knowing the products on the floor and online and he helped us maximize our purchases! We will definitely recommend Home Depot and Phil to our friends!!!

I love the store brand Ryobi 18V+ power tools. Ryobi is my main go to tools and I still have about 4 more power tools I want in my man cave. Thank you HOME DEPOT!

The shopping experience was excellent

Bought dishwasher. Associate did not advise I needed to purchase power cord. Made 2nd trip to store. Associate told me which power cord to buy. Went home to discover power cord did not work for my needs. Had to call electrician & make 3rd trip to store to return power cord.

Lisa R in paint helped us so much with stains two days in a row and she was so friendly! Very knowledgeable!

As a local real estate investor I am in the store daily purchasing items for our rental properties, etc. The staff has been incredibly helpful over the past 3 years. I could not have survived so many challenging remodels with out the help of everyone from customer service, pro desk, managers, loaders, and ALL the front desk staff. Thank you!!!

The Employees of Home Depot are friendly and courteous to the customer. They are knowledgeable and can lead you to exactly what you are looking for.

I was trying to find a plumbing part for an older mobile home and had visited other home improvement stores but A.C. at the Tyler store was my savior! He found a part that I could adapt for my purpose and that worked very well. Thanks, A.C.

I purchased a Milwaukee 3 Drawer Packout Toolbox on the app. I picked it up in store but I didn’t notice that it was damaged. I brought it back the next day and was greeted at the customer service counter. The store rep told me to go get a replacement and he could exchange it for me. I wasn’t able to find the same box although the app said there was 7 in stock. I ask an employee in the area and he went far out of his way to help me track it down and to get it for. It took about 15-20 minutes but he made certain he was going to find it even after looking several place for it. His name is Jeri and I’m writing this review because he went above and beyond when I was expecting him to give up in 5 minutes. Cheers to Jeri!!
