the store was well organized and well maintained.your carts were in very good condition not like your compeditor lowes (i call them lowemarts) their a runoff from walmarts.keep up the good work you're doing fine.

The store is very neat and clean. The shelves are always full of product and they have a variety of product also. The only problem I have is with the employees not knowing their areas. It would be nice to ask an employee in appliances a question about a specific item and they know more about it than I do. If you ask them a question they should know the answer especially if it's in the weekly flyer..

Your sales associates are always very helpful. Even if an item is not available at this location they let you know which branch to find it in. The store is always neat and clean.

SO VERY HAPPY THAT WE HAVE HOME DEPOT IN OUR TOWN. IT HAS BEEN HERE ABOUT TWELVE YEARS. THE STORE IS WELL MAINTAINED, AND EMPLOYEES ARE VERY HELPFUL. I HAVE PURCHASED MANY THINGS FOR MY HOME HERE.

Not at all satisfied with my shopping experience. There was no employee available in the appliance department and my wife had to go through the store to seek help after we waited one half hour to make a purchase. Furthermore the employee that assisted us seemed to be aloof as to his job of helping us. Then too there was only one electric dryer with the owners manual and installation guide available. The dryer we purchased did not have the manuals enclosed as well as numerous others.

The store is always clean and they have a large variety of stock, if not in the store online! Sometimes it is difficult to find a sales associate to help you, but when you do they are usually always helpful! One young guy helped me and my two small children out to the car with a full cart of paint, and he quickly became best friends with my 7 month old! it was cute!

I went to purchase a riding mower as a gift for my mother. The store associated, Dylan, was extremely helpful in selecting the proper make and model. He was able to compare and contrast the various features, and he related them to his own experience. Also, he was able to make specific recommendations based on factors such as the size of the yard, prevalence of obstacles, etc. The staff was also able to unpack and prepare the mower on a busy Saturday so that I could pick it up. What more can you ask for? Overall, it was a great experience, and I recommend this store, and especially Dylan!

I am familiar with the Uniontown Home Depot layout and I know where to look for what I want

The quality of lumber at this store seems to be of better quality than other Home Depots and is far superior to the lumber at Lowes. The workers are extremely courteous friendly and polite.

PS: If you buy on line and go to the store to pick up purchase, do not always believe home depot.com. . The Uniontown , PA store does sell lumber, sometimes the on line site forgets.

I've been slowly remodeling this place over several years. Frequently run to Home Depot for supplies. People at Uniontown store #4172 are always ready to help and advise or refer to another associate for things they are not personally up on. I've never had any problems with bad attitudes or impatience with any staff, can't always say the same about some other retailers.
