The salesclerk was very helpful in helping me find the shower head I wanted. Checkout lady Dodie was very curtious & friendly! The store was very clean & neat & well stocked!

I have had a very bad experience with a top name manufacturer, LG. Their customer service for this manufacturer was lousy at best. I called Uniontown store and was simply and kindly, by a human, connected to Chris the ASM. Chris listen to my frustration. This was the second time in less than 6 months I had the same problem with the same product. Chris assisted me to get a functional refrigerator. I was never looking for more than what I paid for and what I needed. Chris made that happen. Putting a face to the kind person on the other end of the line was amazing. Chris is truly an asset the should not be taken for granted.

This store had the friendly staff that you would like to see every where. Very helpful with anything you may need and a very clean store.

Saying I had an “experience” would be saying the least. I was waiting in line for an associate to check me out behind a few other people when a lady working from self-checkout signaled and suggested me and others to come over there to checkout, I was the only one to go. I had one quart of paint in my hand; so I assumed that would be simple and hassle-free purchase. I was led to the second self-checkout booth with an older associate named Barbie written on her orange apron. There were no other customers using self-checkout during this time. I explained to Barbie that I would like to do a price match to the same can of paint from a competitor. I had the qualifying competitors website with the product and price pulled up for her to see. (I had researched before entering the store to make sure Home Depot does this). Barbie asked me if this was online? I replied yes it is. She replied that they do not price match online orders, she said this in a way that she was brushing me off. I explained to her that it was available in store at that price at the local competitors store, she said she had to call, I assumed she meant the Home Depot manager or supervisor to get the price match approved. Barbie pulled out a little notebook and was flipping through pages for quite sometime, nearly five minutes. She then pulled out her personal cell phone to search for local competitors phone number and then called over to competitors store on Home Depot’s landline waiting on hold and asking for the paint department ALL of this while I’m standing there waiting for one quart of paint. After she heard what they had to say and it was confirmed that it was exactly the same exact thing I had shown her on my mobile device.... this was extremely belittling and felt like a total waste of what was nearly 15 minutes. She then scanned my quart of paint, clicked request help on the screen and scanned her ID badge and typed the price match in a matter of seconds. (Which all could of been done from the get-go) I thanked Barbie for the price match to which I did not receive a response back. I do not want this to be taken in serious matter towards this associate but there certainly needs to be some in-depth training on how to handle this situation appropriately, more efficiently for improving customer service and customer satisfaction.

Usually shop this store as closest to home Looking for porch railing, being a female had question about railings but no employee around to ask. Had to make another trip a few days later with friend of mine. Then he was not given veteran discount because no card even though his license states he is a VETERAN. Realize employees are hard to fine these days with a lot of people wanting to stay home and collect the extra unemployment bonus instead of working, hopefully people will realize they will eventually have to return to a job.

TODAY WAS A DAY WE NEEDED SEVERAL ITEMS AND EVERYONE WE RAN INTO WAS VERY HELPFUL. AND THANK YOU DAVE AND VINCENT FOR LOADING EVERYTHING AND RELOADING IT INTO OUR TRUCK. IT WAS REALLY APPRECIATED.

Mask wearing is not enforced and employees are not helpful. Cash registers are on the opposite side of the entrance.

All the employees are very helpful and friendly. It’s hard being a widow and finding exactly what you need. I take a picture and these people walk me through what I need. Next will be varnish for my porch.

Kelly (Assistant Manager) & Roy (Flooring) were such a huge help! I asked for a sample piece of flooring to take back to compare to ensure it was the same material I had already purchased (I ran out). They didn't have any additional sample pieces available but went out of their way to get me a piece of flooring to take with me to make the comparison. Huge help and greatly appreciated! Darla (cashier) was super helpful with giving tips on how to set up "projects" in my house for future purchases so I can go back and reference them if I need to for materials.

Uniontown Pa Home Depot is a joy to shop in. Mike in flooring is always ready to help me with my floor tile needs. He recognizes me as a returning customer and the products I buy. Mike goes the extra mile and provides product info and options. Jim is also a wonderful person in plumbing. He actively looks for customers that need assistance. Jim will make short work of a long list of needed plumbing components. He knows his plumbing section inside and out. Haley is very nice and quick at the cash register. If you want fast, courteous, assistance in a clean and friendly store go to the Uniontown Home Depot!

Store has a very wide selection of items in stock. Everything from cleaning supplies, household items, plumbing, hardware, electrical, tools, remodeling supplies, lights, lumber supplies.

I went to Home Depot to look for a bathroom light fixture and price some wood and paneling. Which I may add is cheaper than there competitor. While I was there I noticed a clearance item (GRILL). When I inquired if the grill belonged to anyone because it was on a truck/dolly near the other grills the staff immediately addressed my question and proceeded to assist me in purchasing the item and also saving me $25.00 off the clearance price. The cash register assistant was a ANGEL, so cordial and professional. (DODIE) was her name she even wishes me a Happy Bday when she saw my license! I was not looking for a grill but the price was to LOW to pass up!

Great shopping experience starting with Mike in flooring. He is informative, patient, helpful, caring, and kind. Mike guided me to select all of the necessary items I needed to have my marble tile installed correctly. He loaded the heavy things onto my cart and my made my shopping experience joyful. Amy greeted me at the check out and processed my purchases pleasantly and quickly. From start to finish I enjoyed shopping at the Uniontown Home Depot. The shelves are well stocked and tidy, the store and bathrooms are clean, the store associates are all friendly, make me feel welcome, and I look forward to my next visit. .

I have always found the staff to be knowledgeable of the products I've been interested in and they have always been friendly and offered whatever assistance I needed. The store is always clean and organized. Products seem to be well stocked and reasonable priced.

Purchased New Carrier Single Stage Gas Furnace and Installation thru Home Depot. The Contractor Home Depot sent was very knowledgeable. I had 4 other contractors here for estimates and he was the only one to: *Measure my heating Ducts for compatibility. *Calculate square footage of my home for size (BTU) needed to heat home properly. *Most of all I saved $800.00 thru Home Depot. Yes I would recommend Home Depot Installation Services.
