I bought a combo washer and dryer, and very satisfied with the service I receive at Uniontown home depot.

Every single time I go there the employees make me feel like I matter. They are prompt, friendly and take the time to listen and help. Thats why I go there!

I bought a washer, dryer and dishwasher in the past couple of weeks and I’m very happy with all of them. Delivery was within a couple days and the crew did a great job. They were polite, professional and knowledgeable. I went back yesterday and bought a microwave. The associate Donna was very helpful.

They ordered the wrong door twice, it was a nightmare. I would love to speak to someone high up.

This store needs to have a designated checkout register at the entrance/exit opposite of the lumber area of the store. This is where the majority of the handicapped parking spots are located.

They go above & beyond to help customers. They are friendly and happy to assist customers—unlike Home Depot’s competitor.

My husband has to use one of the scooters . Says they need up dated they run slow. For me you could have more people on the floor or call buttons for help big store and when your older you don’t feel like walking to find someone .

Don't rent anything unless you have an hour of your time to waste. It took over an hour to rent a metal break for a job. Showman Construction

There was an older gentleman there that made my daughter's day by interacting with her and talking to her about flowers.

Just about any time I go to Home Depot I end up asking one of the employees where something is. I'm not complaining about items listed on the isle ends, I 'm always looking for my hard to find items. But not to worry there is always someone around to help you. I like that! Most will take you right to the product.

Uniontown home Depot has experienced staff who not only know their product but are kind as well

It was nice to see multiple employees working the garden center. Everyone spoke as we entered and asked if we needed assistance. When we checked out our cashier was very polite and even thanked my husband for his military service.

I appreciate the employees asking if I needed help finding what I was looking for. The employees also act as a team. Very friendly store.

THE SALES GIRL WAS VERY BUSY BUT ASK IF I NEEDED SOME HELP .I SAID FINISH WHAT YOU ARE DOING I WILL WAIT. SHE INSISTED I CAME FIRST.10 MIN. LATER SHE SOLD ME A RIDING MOWER.HOW IS THAT FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The other big box store(L**es) in our area does not even come close to this store.

The service desk employee, Melissa, was very accommodating to my request in calling for my purchase to be paid with a credit card over the phone from someone I was picking up the order for. The employee in the dehumidifiers section was very kind and asked if I needed help. He led me right to the product I was interested in, and he loaded it in my cart right away. Great Experience at the Uniontown Home Depot!

I purchased this expansion tank for my hot water heater. Installed it right away. It was easy to do. No problems.

Today while shopping at Home Depot, Uniontown, I was by myself with my three kids 6 and younger. I had never purchased an artificial tree before so I asked for help with choosing one. Chris, the assistant manager, came to help me. He was so knowledgeable, and explained all the differences the trees had. I was comparing them after he had told me the differences and my little ones were too excited to see the Christmas decorations to stand by me. Chris went right over to them and started playing saying "mom, we're right here!" I was able to FaceTime my husband and show him the tree, while Chris played with my kids. Afterwards, I asked Chris to speak to his manager to let him know how amazing he was with us. I did speak to the manager, and he thanked me for telling him about Chris. At checkout, Chris even asked if he could push my kids around in the "car buggy" while I finished the transaction. I hugged him and told him how thankful I was for him and that he made my shopping experience so much easier. I wish everyone could have this experience! Chris, I hope you see this and know what an absolute angel you were. A godsend on my stressful shopping trip! We will always think of you when we put our new tree up!

I always see the parking space closest to entrance. It turns out to be reserved for online pickup.

This store is one of the cleanest, well organized home improvement stores I’ve been to. Keep you the good work.

The employees at this location are outstanding. I had to drove over an hour to purchase a door after the WV location told me to go elsewhere for a door.
