Great stote

The associates were extremely helpful with the many questions I had. Store is very clean and organized. I was able to find everything I needed for my project!

Cashier Virginia M was helpful, efficient and friendly.

Customer service was great. Found everything I needed for my diy project. Eddie was very informative. I told him what I wanted to do & he gathered the materials needed.

This is a good store, but it is busy, the parking lot is a zoo. The employees are very nice and helpful. They didn't have enough of the knobs I needed in stock though and I had to go to another store where they had tons of them in stock, plus a better selection. So I guess it depends what you are looking for if this store will suit your purpose.

On this trip, the store was cleaner and better organized than before My preference would be to use the bigger better stocked store on 19 street in North Upland or elses Lowes, but this is the store closer to my home and job site.

I loved the hotdog giveaway last Saturday! I needed a box of nails and an associate helped me find the size in a jiffy!!

The store was neat & clean. Employees were not friendly or helpful like ALL MY PAST VISITS. They were out of stock on the 1 item I came here to buy. The 5 for $10.00 Red mulch. I asked for a rain ck & was told no, it was "till supply's last" which I did not see that listed on the ad. After I paid and got home, I realized I was missing a bag. I called & they confirmed it was there. I told them I would be back tonight to get it. But I'm handicapped, so I didn't go until a hour & a half later. To then go back to find out they didn't know where it was. Unbelievable!!!. Then the mgr never came to talk to me & I still don't have my products!!!!! Being a former store mgr for 34 yrs I could not believe that I was not assisted by the mgr personally. I want to talk to the District Mgr now. I don't have any desire to talk to the store mgr. Very bad customer service!!!!!!!!!

Upland Store Managers Jose, Adrian, and also Amy have been very helpful during my Big new house DIY Project! I keep coming to my Home Depot because I truly appreciate the interest and support they all have given me. The staff Irma, Nikki, Shonda & Charles have been a Great support through all the ups and downs of my 1st DIY fixer upper, even the customer service cashiers Alma, Monique, & Marlena have all helped! Donna is awesome! They feel like family. I truly appreciate my HD family!

GREAT STORE BUT WISH IT HAD MORE SELECTION

The store was full of new employees who obviously didn't know anything about the department they were in. I felt "in the way" so I got out of the way and went to Lowe's.

As I arrived at the store to pick up my custom order, I was totally over the online shopping experience. Within in moments, Monique took charge of the situation and not only provided me with the items I expected, she exceeded my expectations as well! I highly recommend Monique in addressing a given challenge, resolving any issues and getting you (the customer) exactly what you expect. Monique, you truly are the very best. Thank you!

Particularly one guy in the store who is always humping and he knows a lot about every area he's a middle-aged guy kind of walks with a hump in his back and he has very helpful over the years and. To have been here at the store for a long time love that guy influences the younger guys to be helpful as well

You do not move carts back into store. Your plumbing section is misguided and staggered. Paint is very good. Stop putting barbecue outside they look over run. Your wheel barrows break often get new manufac. New apron often. Old ones are off put. Lack of over all knowledge of trades. Pay more obviosly but just charge more we will still come. reduce inventory and stop selling blinds.

I received the best customer service from this store. Amee Dolan the store manager made my experience the best, and her willingness to help was awesome. She always kept me updated on my orders, and made sure I received the best service ever. Amee Dolan is truly an amazing store manager and employee for Home Depot~ Upland CA.

this time the department where I went had no employees in it, had to caught someone traveling thought the department to call some one.

Went in to buy a tape measure, and almost bought the wrong tool if it hadn't been for the wonderful service. A gentlemen pointed out the difference between a chalk marker and a tape measurer. Bought a De Walt 100 ft. tape measure for a heck of a bargain. Thanks again Home Depot. I want to invite all of the store employees to the christening of the greenhouse when its completed.
