It's never enough space to share about the value of such a great team in this location but to name a few who care, who want the store to be successful , and genuinely care about the customers needs. Sam, Anthony, Sandy Stephen from millwork Hamid from all departments because he never minds giving a hand where needed especially if it's to satisfy a customer Amira such a genuine spirit and over great attitude towards all her customer Fioonah great smile, courteous and will step in and assist wherever she believe she can help to keep the customers happy Erica from customer service where do you begin or where do you end it's so many outstanding things you can say about her Stephen from flooring Terrific Lamar from flooring polite professional True representation of what customer is!!!!

The store employees consistantly greet me when I arrive at the store, help me find what I am looking for and get me through the cashier line in a timely fashion.

Not if they have to receive any type of manager service from the manager Jeff rude, unprofessional, and demeaning to employees in the presence of customers poor example of what a manager should display

This store is the best there is and why I see some of the staff changing I hope that they don't break up the team they have there completely

I could write on and on about the greatness of this store and Staff from managers like Sam whose terrific to the department heads like Hamid Amira Yolanda Erica and Morris just a great group of people.

This store was clean and in good shopping conditions, everything for me was easy to find and in good condition. I love this store.

The employees are always helpful and they helped me find everything that I needed.

Staff members are much more knowledgeable about store merchandise, how product work and are very helpful in suggesting what's needed for a job. They are also knowledgeable in directing a customer to a particular product. Store is clean and well organized. Staff members are very courteous and friendly. This store always has what you need in stock.

This store's management is way too busy for any of your problems or concerns. So, if there's a problem, don't waste your time calling unless you have unlimited minutes, because they don't answer the phone. And don't go there to speak to a manager because they're much to important than to deal with your little issues.

Management and staff have always been very informative and helpful.

Steve C. in the paint department is consistently a huge help, in selecting just the right paint for every project. I was fortunate enough to get him/his help on my last few painting projects.

This is one great store to do some of your shopping needs for brand name items at a good price.

Lisa at the pro desk is very helpful and knowledgeable about the products that I am looking for. Checking out at the Prodesk is fairly easy unless there are phone orders that need to be checked out, paying over the phone needs to be changed so that check out does not take so long.

I am always happy with my service at this store Employees are helpful and friendly.

Angel was the person on the cashier and he was very helpful in explaining the survey as well as assisting with the check out of my products. A gentlemen helped me out lot in the ceiling fan department. He even gave me the product number for the ceiling fan so that I didn't have to walk all the way back to the lamp department.

Recently I visited a Philadelphia store and the service was no comparison to the overall great customer service that I always receive at store 4114
