I parked right by the returns department, and when I walked in, there was a person there by the name of Kelsea, who was just great at pointing me to the right directions for everything I wanted. They were on opposite sides of the store when I got to both locations. I found somebody that could help me And the service was great. Then I went back to where I was parked, which was the returns area and Kelsea was there to help me check out. Hopefully this does not get her in trouble, but I didn’t want to walk all the way back over to the checkout area. All three employees were great.

I shop at this location quite often and just about always, I have to walk around the parking lot to find carts. Suggest more cart and and a constant rotation of employees collecting them. Thank you.

Wonderful customer service at this store!

She goes above and beyond for her customers. I recently bought an entire order with her over that phone that I needed delivered to me and had such a hard time trying to order online. She was so great at following up with me and just being an awesome human over the phone.

The millworks was super helpful. Overall i had a great experience.

Employees at this location are much better than the rude associates at the San Marcos location. It’s worth my time to go to Vista, for much better customer service and store cleanliness.

I come to this store frequently for it is the closest to my home. Am always able to find what ever I need for repairs or new installations of home improvements. Great staff of friendly experienced employees as well

Marc Valdez was a wonderfully kind young man. He took his time and got all of my questions answered. What a pleasure to have someone nice in customer service!

When we go to Home Depot and need advise we typically pick the Vista store since they seem more experienced and friendly.

Hello, I encountered Kelly at the Garden Center. I had a plan to take home 15 bags of 20 pound mulch. I asked Kelly how to go about this and she took over beautifully. Upon finishing my other shopping she met me with a flatbed carrier. We loaded and unloaded into the truck and it was easy breezy. Thank you for such a great Associate.

Employees who did not seem busy would not help me pick up bags of mulch I wanted to buy. (We were standing a few feet from the product.) They tried to shunt me off to workers in other departments. I had to leave without it. I am nearly 80 and 5 feet tall. Who exactly gets help here?

My dog and I come here very often, usually once a week, if not more. The staff are always friendly, the store is clean, even the bathrooms! I am usually able to find someone to help me if I need it, and you can tell they are ready and willing to help with whatever question or need I may have. I really love this store and all of the people that work here are amazing!

First time I bought this new product called Spruce, Lawn and Weed killer.

This location is quite large and well stocked. Parking is ample.

I came into the store for something totally different than what I left with. Luis in plumbing was amazing...

It's always a pleasure to shop at Home Depot, so many things I wanted but didn't need lol. My visits here are always great, I am greeted every time I enter the store and asked at least once if I need any help. No complaints on my end.

Friendly, aim to help employees. Not enough on duty to provide decent service.

I have always chosen the Vista store for anything I needed for projects. It is always stocked, clean and have helpful staff. Last week I was in need of tile and flooring for a bathroom remodel. I was so impressed with Marc for his help and professionalism. He made it easy to pick my tile and flooring.

I needed a counter depth fridg/freezer. Put them all together. Better yet put all the LG’s together, GE’s together. And then the counter depth one’s. Wandering around is a total waste of time! Especially after work at night. So frustrating! Especially after I already decided about brand!

I love this location, the parking is easy, the store is laid out well, and the employees are great.

I normally would shop San Marcos Home Depot, but the extra drive is worth doing to go to the Vista store on Melrose. Great help and more knowledgeable than the San Marcos location.

I have always received helpful and interested service at all the HOME DEPOTS. I shop mostly at the HD on Melrose because it is closest to me and always well stocked. Returns are easy and helpful. That is a tough job and probably challenging! The garden department is very helpful too SCOTT the manager has special ordered me plants and so willing to help. Thank you HD!!

This store is a little off the beaten path and therefore not as hectic. Parking lot is easy to get in and out of. Store generally is not as hectic as other local locations (San Marcos, Oside) In general, I find it pleasant to shop at.

The vista store had the items we were looking for and we were able to use self checkout for the purchase.

Almost everyone was so helpful, proactive, professional and respectful.
