I recently purchased a gas grill at HD. The lady who helped me with the purchase, Kathleen, was OUTSTANDING. Her willingness to help me, her friendly and pleasant manor was amazing! Thanks to her, I had a great shopping experience at HD...having the grill on sale helped too!

The new pick up lockers are great. You can get what you ordered at any time so you can finish a project.

Part of a mall property management/maintenance team; we buy everything we need from here. The store is dusty, and the store is difficult to navigate if you aren't familiar with shopping at The Home Depot. Maybe more direct signage would be helpful for customers like me

Good but sometimes stocks are low

Asked two people for help they simply pointed. When I checked out I asked Joe the cashier if I had the correct lightbulbs as I was buying for my clinic. I was unsure what I was buying and wanted to make sure it was correct. He double checked for me and was beyond friendly! Thank You JOE

Kellie in the tile area saved the day. Being both cheerful and helpful she rescued the experience as staff member I found previously was less than engaged.

I've tried a lot of grass seed prior to getting Pennington 30lb Patch Sun and Shade North Grass Seed. But this stuff is amazing. In just 5 days, there's grass poking through. And so far it is thick and seems to be rooting fast.

Service Desk people are Great too , they do aLot for as Few as there are of them .

The store has more product than other locations. I went se 14th store first and they didn’t have it.

I just had some great customer service at the WDM Home Depot.

I live out of town, about 1.5 hours from this Home Depot store so I use order on-line and pickup in store option. I like the email and text notifications when products are ready for pickup. Pickup in Store procedure works great, fast service and fast delivery of my order.

This Home Depot store at 3700 University Ave in West Des Moines, IA did not do a good job recognizing me as a Gulf War Veteran and did not seem concerned at all about the 10% miliary discount.

3 employees helped me along my search for what I came in to buy. The item I was looking for was not in stock; so, the CSRep found it another store and ordered it in for my pick up at the original store-GREAT SERVICE!

We LOVE Home Depot and it's our first 'go to' when beginning a project for our home. The staff is amazingly knowledgeable on all levels, the store is very clean!

Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Best place to go when you don't quite know what you need. A store geared toward non-professionals, but serves professionals as well. Good quality materials. I trust that what I buy here will last me for a long time.

Don't shop any other big box stores! YOU WON'T BE PLEASED Go in and ask for Staci, Patrick, Kitana, Barb, Becky, as they will make sure you have the best possible experience
