Smooth transaction process
Running a business I appreciate the smooth transaction process when having an employee pick up materials and take a payment over the phone or being able to pre-purchase online and send for immediate pickup. A bit understaffed, hard to find help sometimes.

Ease of purchasing
I love it when a plan comes together, I haven't had a dishwasher for over 12 years. My daughter and daughter-in-law made it happen this year with a gift card to Home Depot. We met Joe and he made it fun and easy. I can't thank everyone enough for making this happen. Thank you
