I WENT INTO THE STORE WITH THE INTENTION OF JUST LOOKING AROUND BUT ENDED UP BUYING A FEW GOOD DEAL PRODUCTS. STORE ASSOCIATES DIRECTED ME TO THE RIGHT AISLES FAST AND THE CHECK-OUT CASHIER WAS VERY FRIENDLY & HELPFUL TOO.

Having just bought a new home we have been to several Home Depots in the past three weeks. The Great Mall location is easy to navigate (once you're inside) and everyone was very helpful. We either found exactly what we were looking for, or had an associate available to contact other HD locations to find the remaining items we needed. If you don't mind wading through the Great Mall traffic to snag a parking spot you'll enjoy this location. :)

I recently purchased a new stove. Prior to my visit to Home Depot I went to another department store. And let's just say the other department store made a mistake on my delivery date and wasn't very through with the paper work. I am very impressed with the level of friendliness the kind lady provided at my visit. She also displayed her multi-tasking skills to the test while answering the phone and maintaining a polite tone to the man on the other line. She went over every detail I needed to know when the stove would be delivered.

Easy access Friendly people and knowledgeable of the products that I needed.

Ordered online and picked up at this store; it was easy and quick.

Store has ample choices. Friendly cashier and store clerks. Signs clear.

The store has so many selection for the product I was looking for. The sales associate,Lynette, of the window covering department who helped me was very helpful. She explained everything in detail. I was so glad I came to Home Depot because I got the color and product that I needed and the best price.

Staff was super supportive. They treated us like they were our personal assistants.

Just when I was about to give up Store Manager Julie helped with my 10% Military Discount. I didn't have my Veteran's I.D card but, did have supporting documents to prove I was a Vet. Julie helped me and with great respect!

I love to shop at Home DEPOT for my home needs ( and also appliances and for my gardening) Price is right and worth it. Customer Service/Sales Rep are very helpful to assist you.

When I shop Home Depot I always go online to see what they have and where it is located. They post the aisle and the bay where the items are located. The bay # is posted on a small yellow tag on each bay. So I put together a shopping list including the locations first then zip thru the store. With the self help checkout I'm in and out quickly. Great place to shop

This stores biggest problem is it's proximity to the mall. Which means traffic and parking always seems to be an issue. Forget about trying to come here during Christmas shopping season. I live close to this store, but would rather drive a little farther to Lowe's to avoid the headaches with shopping here.

It was easy to find the kitchen products we needed with the signage at each isle. The associate was readily available to help us get what we couldn't reach and check out was fast.

Things were well organized and generally easy to find if you know where to look and could ask an associate. Only self-checkout was available when I went, but they had someone there to help if there were any questions.

I am very impressed with the quality of service that I received at the Milpitas Home Depot Ralph was very helpful and knowledge of products was great. Andre was professional and cautious while loading the pallet in my pick up. I was in and out in no time thanks to them. Looking forward to dealing with them again.

The sales associate in the Electrical Department was very helpful and knowledgeable about his inventory and electrical parts in general. He saved me a lot of time that I would have spent looking for parts.

This is a very clean store and I was able to find what I needed in a short amount of time. The associates were helpful in finding what I needed and the location is at a convenient spot next to the Great Mall.

Got a LG display washer at a $200 lesser price. The associate was really helpful and provided all info. Great buy!

I found all the products I expected to find. Only bizarre event was that i needed 1 foot of #6 copper wire. The associate eye-balled it and the actual cut was 17", which I had to pay the additional. Definitely didn't break the bank but I am glad I wasn't looking for 100'. Overall a very good visit. I much prefer this store over the Tully Rd store during the week.

When it comes to purchasing any item required for home improvement I know that Home Depot carries quality products. I also find the plants in the garden department of better quality and selection that the other like stores.

I was looking for L shape brackets for a planter box. The employee was EXTREMELY RUDE, CUTS me off when I was trying to explain to him. I try to draw him a picture but he KEEPS INSISTING it in a certain isle. He doesn't look up or want to see my drawing. DOESN'T LISTEN. NO EYE CONTACT, RUDE, VERY UNHELPFUL. HIs head was down while he was shelving some bottles. He sends me to WRONG AREA to find my item. Sends me to CLOSET brackets!!! I went back to him and HE TOTALLY IGNORED ME. He was still shelving bottles. I think his name is MIKE...supposedly he's the manager (was in hardware before he became a manager). He was a REAL JERK!!!! And I TOLD HIM SO! I ended up have A REAL NICE KID named MARCUS that the nicest smile and a great attitude. I drew him a picture of the planter box that I wanted to built and the L SHAPE brackets for the corners. HE KNEW RIGHT AWAY where to find them. We went together and he found them for me!!! HORRAY for MARCUS!!! DOUBLE BOOOOOO! FOR MANAGER Michael!!!! P.S. When I was walking out of the store, I looked back and he still had his head down and was still shelving bottles.

Louis, in Hardware, was very helpful. He gave me more than an ample amount of time in helping me. He listened, understood and helped me solve my problem.

Despite the hectic workload of the associate who helped me, for got his name, Dennis or Daniel...truly forgot his name. He approached me and asked if I could use his assistance, and he helped me with all the options I could consider and led me to what I eventually decided on.

I able to find stuffs that I want to buy easily, and prices are reasonable as well.

Products are easy to find. Associates are helpful and knowledgeable.

The store was clean and products were easy to find, the garden store associate " Jeremy" is very helpful and he helped me to identify the products as well recommended too. Also helped me the load into the car.
