Store was clean well-stocked organized and employees were all very friendly and willing to help with any project. Not all Home Depots are like this.

Terrible customer service. The wait to check out is far too long.

This Home Depot is very convenient and there is ample parking. The store is well organized and helpful employees are there to help you. The stock is arranged neatly and easy to find. The online orders are also easy to pick up there or larger items are delivered well. We have compared price on some big ticket items and have always been able to buy them at Home Depot when they have one of their many great sales!

Fourth day of the flu for hubby and I and half of the houses lights go out. We dont know much about these types of fuses, but Ms. Mary to the rescue, she meets me... waving in the parking lot to ensure I get the right fuse to light us back up. Our local store, the employees rarely disappoint and are there to assist.

Excellent experience today at Home Depot. Julio Godoy Quilo found everything I needed for repairs. He advised me correctly to buy extra important parts I needed to finish my project. Because of Julio, I didn’t have to come back for the parts. Saved me a trip.

The Lawrenceville Highway/Wages Drive store is one of the better Home Depot stores, especially in the area of helpful and knowledgeable employees. I prefer this particular store over the Ponce de Leon store specifically for this reason. Employees go out of their way to ask you if you need help at this store, and almost all of them know their stuff pretty well, as well as where everything else is in the store.

I am a regular shopper at this location of Home Depot. It's very convenient from my job and my home. I have spent thousands of dollars here on plants, hardware, paint, craft supplies and power tools. Every key that was cut at this location has worked. I can't say the same for the Tucker location. If I happen not to need an item, I have no problem returning it. Twice I've returned an item that didn't work. I was believed and treated with respect. My only complaint is that there don't seem to be enough employees. Although no staff has ever complained I have worked for over fifty years. I can just tell when the staff has been run ragged. Many of my decorating ideas were born in that store.

Ms. Mary is a wonderful and customer-friendly associate. She makes recommendations based on customers' needs without appearing like a sales associate. She understands how to assist customers while making them feel confident and informed about purchasing products at the store.

After an online order was mishandled, the employees at this store, specifically Ashley in customer service and Kathy in management, worked quickly, professionally, and courteously to resolve our problem. Mistakes happen. How this one was resolved, left me grateful, completely satisfied with the service, and eager to shop there again.

Overall the condition of store was ok. There were several objects that was blocking items l wanted to see. The employees were helpful and friendly.

Bring a book because it takes forever to check out at this store.

Major issues here with having enough registers open. It's clear something needs to be done but no one ever does.

This Home Depot is one of the better stocked locations with great customer service. They consistently have everything I need for garden endeavors and have obtained anything not in stock within a few days time with little effort on my end. The only downside is the parking lot, which is hard to maneuver in a larger vehicle, and which doesn't have a light for exiting onto Lawrenceville Highway.

This is my "go to" store for all things related to my home. Thank you for being there!

I highly recommend the Lawrenceville Highway (Decatur ) location. I was looking for a particular item they carry. but at the time, the item was out of stock. The manager upgraded me to a superior product for the price of the original item of interest. A considerable discount and very customer friendly .. Will certainly shop there again.

Store is improving

I am a 71 year old woman, 5'2'' and weigh 95 pounds. Today I went to the garden center and asked the cashier for help getting three bags of brown mulch. She told me I would have to get them myself. I cannot believe a store employee would refuse help to a customer. So I told her, "look at me. I weigh 95 pounds. I cannot lift those bags!" So then, she called for someone to come and help me get the bags and load them into my car. I tried to look at her name tag but the name was covered by a sticker that said, "I am beautiful."

Love this store. Love all the Home Depot stores I've been to. They continue with the customary friendly and great service, clean environment I'm used to at Home Depot.
