Great experience purchasing a clothes washer. Debbie Vowell was great! Loved the outside displays for Halloween...they made me smile.

Had and issue with a refund amount not charged back to my card. The service desk CS personnel was the best in resolving my issue, Very happy!!

For once, there is someone who really knows his stuff at Home Depot in a skilled trade area. Mr. Keith is THE person to get help from on any plumbing related questions. He really knows his stuff and goes out of his way to be helpful. He is generally there on the weekends during the day. He helped me through several projects that saved me over a thousand in terms of what plumbers wanted for the job.

Very rude and unhelpful I had to wait while 2 employee gossiped about another employee before i could be helped and was treated like I was a burden on their day! Oh and The girl in the tool department called me a man then when I corrected her she laughed about it I called and complained I got a call back from a manager who apologized and said she would send me a $25 gift card so I would continue to shop there that was months ago ... the card never came

Everyone in the store was great. The store looks a whole lot better as well.

Every store employee I walked past spoke to me even if they were helping another customer. Also a store employee (Trey) appeared at just the right moment when I was trying to reach something on a higher shelf. He was extremely helpful and made sure I didn't need any further assistance. There was one girl at customer service that didn't have the greatest service attitude (did not acknowledge us when we walked up to the customer service counter and quickly let me know that she was in the middle of something when I asked if she could help) but overall everyone else in the store made up for her shortcomings.

WAITED ON SOMEONE TO HELP WITH QUESTIONS ABOUT FLOORING UNTIL I HAD TO LEAVE TO GET TO WORK.

I couldn't find anyone to help me at the outdoor garden.

Mad employees. Laughed a lot but didn't see what's the point of laughing when the employees are upset all the time

This store has always been my favorite in the HD chain. Even the store manager, Cathy, was helpful on my last visit out on the floor. Thanks!

I have been shopping this Home Depot for over 20 years at least. I have to drive a little ways to get there but that is okay. We attended the Kid Workshops with our Hannah who is now 22. I have attended Her Workshops....love them. It is always our first thought for anything plant or home related. I only have to look around my home to notice soooo many Home Depot items. The employees are great and so patient, kind and helpful. GREAT customer service always. I love the Special Buys and the sale items. I need to visit today for paver sand and more stepping stones.

Checkout was grossly undermanned. No mgmt. in sight. I'll go elsewhere next time.

Always enjoy shopping at The Home Depot. Anytime I am out and about, I tend to stop at whatever Home Depot is in the area. Sometimes just to see the difference in each store, and the different selection of products they offer.

The store and bathroom was clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I picked up all supplies without hassle.

Anywhere in store I was looking all the associates were busy helping the customers. They were very helpful.

This location is a great location, its convenient to the highway. Its easy to get in and out. They have a lot of marked down items (you have to look around).

They do not have a functioning saw in the store. I bought a piece of 2 x 2 plywood 8 months ago, and have tried three times to get it cut. Each time the saw is "out of order".

The store was organized well and was clean. However, they could use additional check-out personnel.
