TVON was above and beyond providing knowledge of product and Home Depot procedures relative to delivery, 6 months no interest. We came to look at an outdoor furniture setting, and we ended up purchasing two sets (($799 x 2) - absolutely no regrets. Thank you TVON!!

So happy he even acknowledged us, went and got us a cart, helped with Door handle and locks the escorted us to cashier and help husband load. Great chatting with him and learning he was from Reading PA and a boxer.....best customer service in a long time!

People love to complain all the time, but I have to say associates in this store are truly kind and considerate. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars here and everything is just fine. I bring back items, no receipt, wrong store items and always helpful service. Paint department, lumber all good. Quit complaining people, if you act nice you will get it back.

Home Depot in Wake Forest is outshining the competition across the Blvd including the paint store. Not shopping at those any more (after 20+ years of loyalty). Don't waste your time going elsewhere! Home Depot is your best choice!

When it comes to help loading your truck or trailer with heavy items you may not get any help. I'm 78 and asked twice to get assistance loading 2 x 6 x 16 treated lumber onto my trailer. No help ever arrived.

At 11AM on a Monday morning, the Customer Service staff could not locate the paint department employee on duty. I needed paint. I also had a return, where the staff member was rude and grouchy.

Never knew it would be so hard to find a matched set of appliances! After going to all the stores in our area, we appreciated our appliance specialist, Amanda, who was extremely knowledgeable, proficient and made this process a happy one!!! We are excited to have everything delivered and installed! Great extended warranty options!

I’m no spring chicken and this certainly isn’t my first rodeo. I have likely shopped in over a dozen Home Depot stores across the country over the years and none compare to the Wake Forest Home Depot. Their associates are friendly, warm, helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. People are always talking about how the customer service at Nordstrom is unparalleled, but I have to disagree. Wake Forest Home Depot gives those folks a run for their money.

I live an hour away and this is the closest Home Depot to me. Each time I have visited for whatever reason - the staff have been very helpful! Carla in the flooring department was TOP NOTCH!

Came in to price vanity, lighting etc for a bathroom remodel. Lots of employees wandering around in groups. Not a single one even spoke to me. Won’t be back went to Lowe’s instead where they offers help with my purchase.

Great experience at the Home Depot Garden Center, very well organised and stocked. Looking forward to the Spring plants arriving!
