Rude customer service rep. I asked nicely to check on the price correctness of the Milwaukee Packout shelving system. Clearly the tag from the supplier marked wrong, thus the promotion didn’t ring up automatically. The promotion was buying 1 large wall plate ($40) get 2 accessories free. The tag was stapled wrong from the supplier themselves (it is the same as the small wall plate $20). I asked to see if they can look up the correct price ($40 instead of $20!!!! Really I asked to pay more here, not the other way around). She called someone and ask quickly and gave a mocking laugh response. The customer rep was rudely claiming I was picking the wrong things, didn’t even believe the photo I took of the promotion sign (at the same store!!), until I walked her there. She didn’t even bother asking if anyone else could help. She just consistently refusing she can’t fix the price or anything, and just wanted to rush me out of her queue. I ended up not buying the Milwaukee pack out system at all, and probably not returning to this store. I have spent a lot at this Home Depot for the house renovation this year.

Visited Home Depot and needed help. No one offered help, it took me five minutes to find help

An associate helped us order an item on line when I couldn't find what I wanted in the store. She was pleasant, knowledgeable, and got me just what I needed.

Looking for a particular tool. Asked a Home Depot associate who tried to locate it though couldn't. They then told me to ask another associate who was nearby. When I did that associate said they are there to only unlock the cages and said the person I was just talking to should know where it was. I looked back and both associates were gone. I then looked at the Home Depot app on my phone and was able to find the location of the tool I was looking for in the store.

Recently remodeled my master bathroom as well as several other updates. The design consultant, Richard K was amazing. He is a true professional....very knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. I would highly recommend Richard for any type of work.

Never by an appliance at any Home Depot

Everyone at Warrington Home Depot are very friendly always ready to help. Pro area has best staff.

Employee was friendly and efficient. We have purchased a stove, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher from Home Depot. I fully expect this clothes dryer to be the same.

Had to get 3 sheets of 4x8 x1/2” plywood cut into halves. HD floor operator and staff member did not know how to operate cut off saw. He thought the equipment was faulty and had to seek advice. The machine was in good working order, he just needed training Experience in store was at best a C -

Would be nice if you had motored carts for handicap people. I try to shop only the stores that have scooters for the handicap.

Not happy that you have to find and work through an associate to get a weed whacker. That aisle looks like we as US consumers are shopping in a crime ridden 3rd world country. It’s embarrassing.

What we came for was stored on a shelf up high. Waited 35 minutes for an employee to finally help us. No cashiers left, everything is self serve with no employees in sight. If I needed assistance with the register I would've waited even longer. Customer service was rude. The employee who finally came to help us was helpful and nice and went beyond to help load the box in the car.

Found what I wanted in stock. Employees were helpful when I needed assistance.

We had used Home Depot to install carpeting in October of 2023. We recently did an additional renovation and had additional space carpeted as well. You can not tell where the existing carpet and new carpet are joined together. Wonderful service. Highly recommended

I have ordered and it is not ready.

I only ran in for a few packs of vegetable seeds but the greeter put me in the best mood! What a ray of sunshine she is. Laughing with people and engaging. WHAT A JOY!!!! I wish I had her name.

The store is conveniently located. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable when locating products.

There are a few places around me as well as on my phone that I could go, but always choose HD. It's always clean and well stocked. I have been working on my kitchen and this requires a lot of decisions to make. The choices are terrific and abundant. The staff is almost always close by to answer questions or will find someone who can. I laud the management team for the job they do. The deals are always to be had, even if it's not something I specifically came in for.

The employees at Home Depot show a lack of caring one bit about customers. People are never greeted. No one offers any help. The employees do not care about working at Home Depot or do they care about the customers that shop at the store. You are on you own. Go elsewhere, if you need help.

We have had the pleasure of working closely with Peggy in kitchen design and asst.Mgr Nick Bennett. Collectively, (also with the aid of others not mentioned), we have been able to put a great deal of our new kitchen plans to fruition. Cabinets, handles, subflooring, floor, walls, counters, supports for island, backsplash, sink, faucet microwave, etc,etc,etc.... They have had patience with us as we try out different options they suggest at home. Getting our home depot credit card increased was also a trivial task that Peggy stood next to us as we spoke with the credit company. We have stayed close to our budget thanks to the help of the staff there at Warrington( and sometimes, Willow Grove). I hope this regard goes to the right people and the employees are lauded for their efforts. Respectfully, Bill R
