Bought a previously cut piece of pipe, it was marked with the Sku and price by a Plumbing Department Employee for me. When I went to check out the checkout person charged me for the whole length of pipe. I realized the checkout mistake later and took pictures of the employee marked sticker, the length of pipe and my receipt and called the store the next morning. The store Manager Christine, told the employee who was on the phone with me that they would not take pictures by email and I would have to come back into the store with the receipt. I now have to make a special trip to the store, spending my time and money to hopefully get the overcharge rectified!!!!...terrible customer service!!!...

I was there to look for some lumber materials for my deck project. Needed assistance from an associate but had difficult time finding one. When I did find one, all I got was a typical, indifferent associate stating " All you see is all we got." I didn't have time to argue, I just found what I needed and left the store. I am done with this store for sure. In fact, I will be going to a local hardware stores even if it means paying little extra.

Lack of inventory throughout the store having nothing to do with Covid-19 as competitors do have inventory. Impossible to find anyone to help as no help can be found.

The associates in tools and kitchen and flooring are always friendly and go over and above to help you find what you are looking for. Also the customer service department is the greatest. Always doing their best for the customer.

I found the Warrington Home Depot very aware of keeping the customers safe. I used the self service checkout lane, and before I started an employee completely wiped down the station. It was very assuring.

Got pushed off to other people , waited at the window section of the store for 40 mins . Guy was not knowledgeable of what I needed. Finally ordered my screen and paid for it and Home Depot cancelled my order 2 weeks later trying to get in touch with them is impossible. I am 45 mins away I gotta drive all the way up there again . Giving me the runaround on the phone they disconnected me and now I think the phone is off the hook. And I was polite I have nothing but time ,

At Home Depot in Warrington PA on Sat. 4/18/20. Very orderly during the COVID-19 pandemic. Easy to find what we needed and they had the items in stock. Associates are very helpful and friendly. Yes, there was a 20 minute wait just to enter the store, but the store was not crowded and we did not have a wait to checkout. Thank you to all the associates who are working during the pandemic. You are truly appreciated.

I was very happy with the experience! All employees are still very pleasant and accommodating considering the COVID craziness!

Needed to go to Home Depot today for paint to finish a project. 1. They are limiting the number of people in the store to 100 due to coronavirus. At 2 pm, there was a very short wait of less than 3 minutes. 2. There were quite a few plants in the garden department 3. Cody in paint department was helpful in matching color. 4. Check out cashier, Deborah, was friendly. The visit in this time of coronavirus was stress free.

Thank you to all of the Warrington, Home Depot associates who are working during the COVID-19 pandemic. I stopped in to acquire items to finish a home project. Everything was orderly and efficient and I was able to find what I needed. Associates were all friendly and helpful.

The store is very detailed, making it easy to find what you need. The appliance staff was very helpful in answering my questions.

If you need plumbing supplies, this is the store to shop especially if you are lucky enough to have Jeremy on duty at that time. Working with him was liking having a 'Personal Shopper'. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and most helpful.

It’s the best Home Depot I’ve ever been to

I use the Warrington store for convenience from home. Although another area store is listed as closer to get to, sometimes because of traffic it is just easier to use this store and the distance difference is negligible. This store is well organized and equipped.

I have been shopping at this Home Depot for years. The store is always very clean and well organized. I have found the staff to be very helpful and professional, very nice people. I have purchased heavy items (tool storage chests, mobile tool stands, etc.) and the staff is always great. The other day I called the store and was able to purchase a drill driver/impact wrench kit (Rigid brand) that was being discounted by 55%! over the phone. Nancy in customer service helped me and I picked the kit up on the next day. First rate service and professionalism. And I find that the store is well stocked and the website is excellent. I find what I am looking for online, check this location for availability and I take a picture on my phone of the item location in the store and this definitely speeds things up for me in the store. Great people and great store.

I have shopped at this store for many years. The employees are always helpful and the service available is much better than other nearby home products stores. They have gone out of their way to make sure that their installations go smoothly.

Home Depot had exactly what I was looking for. I was helped right away and received help from friendly staff. The employee who carried my carpet out, was very enthusiastic and friendly..actually, he was a happy guy!
