Bought a 46inch rolling tool chest and needed help getting a rental truck to bring it home. Kayla at the customer service desk was energetic, kind, professional and very helpful in helping me make my purchase as well as helping me set up the rental of a Home Depot truck to bring my purchase home.

Home Depot has awesome customer service! Norm (electrical) and Mary Ellen (manager) could not have been more helpful. This store is my main "go-to " source for all my professional and personal needs.

I added a camera door bell on the back of my home. I needed a got a transformer and necessary box and wiring to power the camera without batteries. Electrical Dept staff was a great help.

My HVAC until quit in October and no place sells AC units because it's not the proper season. I needed one though for my baby's room so they wouldn't wake up from the warm temperature and humidity. My local store did not have any, but they reached out to this store that did have them in stock and I was able to get three right before closing. The employee who helped me get the units took them to checkout for me and helped me load them into my car. My baby slept soundly and I kept my sanity. Thank you!

This Home Depot is my first stop for anything I need that they carry. The associates are great and have helped me find what I need. They have saved me money and time by suggesting several choices when I'm not sure what will work best. For more expensive purchases, I always comparison shop both locally and online. I usually come back and purchase at Home Depot.

The store is generally clean and tidy. The staff is helpful when asked. The layout makes sense. Checkout times are usually reasonable. Saturdays are very busy so if you want quicker checkout times, go on any other day.

I think this Home Depot is great. Everyone is so knowledgeable and friendly. This store goes against all the negative stereotypes you hear about. I have always received wonderful service from whoever I ask. From where an item is to good honest advice on how to do a project. No matter how big or small. I like how the aisles are well marked and if you have trouble finding something the employees always know where to find it. Their website is great. Also the bathrooms are always clean along with the rest of the store.

Huck and Rich were very helpful in selecting a grill. Chrislitina went above and beyond to help us solve a problem with delivery.

Aleyzai was my customer service rep and she went above and beyond! Just AMAZING service from her. She helped me with a very difficult return and did not give up until the job was done. She was professional, courteous, happy, and just fantastic! She deserves a raise! Employee of the month in my book :)

Plenty of wood product at a tough time. Clean store / Clean parking lot I was in and out with two large push carts of wood. Friendly cashier that was quick and correct. Going for supplies is usually painful but not this time.

The item was listed in stock on the computer then confirmed by the department head. I made my purchase at that time. When I returned with a vehicle that could handle my 350lb and 8ft long purchase the employees whispered amongst themselves before one of them finally said it was missing parts. No one apologized for the error on their part. It was a computer, department and employee error with no one offering any resolution let alone an apology. I don't write reviews let alone bad ones but when you save for a year and secure a vehicle for something that was paid for and end up leaving with not even an apology. I felt this experience needed a review

Hit or miss, some employees are great and others are terrible. I am tempted to leave 1 star but the good employees make it at least a fair rating

For all your home needs, this is the store. The staff is amazingly knowledgeable and willing the help you at ever turn.

Highly recommend this store. Used to shop at HD Montgomeryville, PA, but I like this store better even though its further away from my home.

Great service and well organized.

We went in looking for matching bullnose tile for our bathroom (we purchased original tiles several months ago). Christine, orig. from St. Thomas, was a great help to us! She quickly helped us resolve many of our renovation difficulties. Christine was very knowledgeable, helpful, astute and cheerful to work with. We greatly appreciated her help today.

Great employees at this location. Must be great leadership in Management. Never had a bad experience.

Dirty, lack of knowledgeable employees, stock depleted. We had previously tried to get exterior doors but because of staff lack of interest in a sale, we went elsewhere and had such a great experience from start to cost to completion, we went to that store for kitchen we are currently having installed and will have future projects done by other store. This trip was for small items but their no cashier nonsense is sooo slow! HD in Warrington is awful.

Many helpful and knowledgeable employees work at the Warrington Home Depot. It’s a clean, well stocked store.

This is a great Home Depot with excellent employees

The associates that walk around the store are not welcoming nor do they bother to ask if you need help finding something and when you do ask one, you get an attitude and then you have to wait in line for 10 minutes or more just to check out with one item because there are not enough cashiers or self checkout registers open. Without any type of competition from small businesses because they were all forced to close because of the Tyrant Governor Wolf and his unconstitutional mandates and orders while protecting every big business in the State and you get this type of treatment. Truly sad.

There is an Associate Ron Z. that’s usually in Customer Service who has helped me out a few times. And when I saw his friendly face at the register, I had to wait in his line for my check out. Love his willingness about him, “how is everything, did you find everything or have any questions I can help you with? It’s refreshing to see a person eager to help you, who also has extensive information and experience and a friendly disposition. Store was clean and mask were available and worn nice to see.
