Nice place to get ,project, and buildings Surplys , the store is well lit, well stocked, and friendly employees, I like the store , and glad it's here !!

I am in home depots alot because we has a large renovation project and today went with a list of items a variety from various depts and everywhere I went the associates were nice and helpful.

The store was clean, great associates always willing to assist, even outside of their area or department.

Normally I do not take the time to write reviews on anything; however, after many years of dealing with this outstanding company, I feel I owe it to them. If you want unprecedented customer service, an excellent selection of quality products at reasonable prices, this is the store for you. The employees are very knowledgeable and courteous undoubtedly due to their extensive training and satisfaction with the company they work for. The well planned set up of the store makes it easy to find exactly what you are looking for, and if you can’t, there is always someone there ready to assist you. I have found that no matter what home improvement center I have visited, Home Depot is the only one that offers the top notch service, products and prices I desire. And, if you buy a service contract on an appliance (etc.) this is one company that follows through with repairs or replacements in a timely manner. I cannot say enough about how much I love shopping at this fantastic store.

Closest to my home. Once you get someone to help you in the store, they are very nice and helpful. Has a nice supply of items needed in your household in merchandise available in store. But, nothing unusual about the same selection in other stores of the same type. Wear walking shoes if you need to shop in many different departments in the store (this is true of all Home Depots)

There was a man in the woman's bathroom making the shopping experience very uncomfortable. Please provide a family bathroom.

This is the first time I am writing about the Home Depot location that I frequently shop. I have always been assisted, in any way that I need, with courteous and professional service. I have been shopping at this Home Depot location for 13 years and have always had a good experience. Even if something wasn't quite right. The associates were always helpful in finding what I needed or replacing what was not correct. I have performed several upgrades/projects to my house and have used Home Depot for my supplies and tools. I see no reason to go anywhere else. John Pisa

I was looking for help with a curbside mailbox. The associate who helped me was the best, in locating the right color from an upper shelf and in finding a correct size post for the mailbox. Kudos to her. I would shop here over the local Lowes any day

On April 21, 2016 my contractor and I visited the Pro Desk with a partial list of items totaling over $1,800.00 that I needed in order to do a rehab on my house. I asked an employee behind the counter if there was a pro to help with a volume discount and was told to ask for Karen Jones. Karen took the list and my business card and said she’d review it to see if a large-order discount could be applied. I returned a week later on April 28, 2016 after not having heard from her. While I was standing at the Pro Desk, a trainee explained to me that it would be beneficial to sign up for a Pro account and was eager to be as helpful as possible, but explained that Karen had to be the one we talked to for the discount. When Karen finished with her paperwork and finally waited on me, she apologized for not getting back to me and said that the new employee was hired to help her. I gave her an updated list with many more items and she said things had been too busy for her to spend any time on the original list. I asked her about signing up for a Pro account four times before she finally agreed one could be set up. At no time did she appear to have any desire to offer any help with our needs or tell us what to do in order to get any discounts. I got the distinct impression from Karen’s attitude and mannerisms that she was not interested in helping me at all and also because I have not heard from her. In order to avoid potential problems due to an apparent lack of her interest, my contractor and I have decided to take my business to Lowe’s or at least a different Home Depot. These stores are further away and less convenient for me, but I now believe that in the long run we will be better off given the extent of our large order. I hope a manager reads this and sees that this employee has cost the Williamstown Home Depot my business. I’ll be happy to stop in after I make my purchases at a different store and show you my receipts so that you know I’m quite serious about this matter.

The location has easy access and a clean appearance. Staff is pleasant and willing to help.

The store was very clean and isles were clear. An associate was locking down an isle for safety to grab a pallet as I turned the corner. I knew what I needed and the associate stopped the forklift and safely allowed me to grab my item. These are just a few things that make this store great. Thanks

I noticed older employees here who didn't go out of their way to help me. I have been in better Home Depot stores than this one. I stared at the bulbs for 10 minutes and over 5 employees walked by me without asking if I needed any help.

I have repeatedly been ignored by male associates but the old, gray haired guy in plumbing is by far the worst. He walks by me as though I don't exist but as soon as a guy walks down the isle he jumps at the chance to assist him. I purchased my roof, windows all my flooring from HD. I have spent thousands of dollars on DIY projects and am very knowledgeable but that does not mean I don't ever need assistance.
