I like the idea of The Home Depot company not bowing to the political correctness of the times. Everyone in store is friendly and helpful but their parking lot needs repaved :(

I already expressed everything this is repetitious

This store rarely has helpful staff in ea department. The Customer Service staff didn't even know how to look up where an item was.

I spent a ridiculous amount of time trying to find someone to help me. Tons of "it's not my department"! I pulled a vanity to the cash registers alone and went back to get a toilet which, you guessed it, I had to lift onto a cart myself. Don't bother coming here as you would probably get more help from reviews online. However, if you need paint absolutely come here! The two people who helped me in the paint Dept today were absolutely amazing helping me match paint to tile and choose the appropriate finish! I really wish I could remember their names but thank you!

I recently bought an appliance at The Home Depot in the Sicklerville store. I ran into some difficulty but they went to extremes to fix it. If your looking for appliances, shop at this store and ask for Candy. When it comes to service,she will make all the difference.

IF you dont know anything about plumbing, they will help you with all questions

We found everything we needed. We received assistance immediately. The store was very tidy, and the associate that helped us went above and beyond to help us.

Had a wonderful experience in flooring. Sales person was name Sherine. She knew the product and had a beautiful personality.

Debbie Trunk at the customer service deck is great! Always friendly and helpful. She will always do what ever she can to make your visit as good as possible. I would recommend this store to everyone. It was my best Home Depot experience. We had to wait a good amount of time for the things we needed to purchase but we had a employee locate what we needed and checked on us periodically while we waited. Because of our wait Brian gave us a great discount on our purchase. I’m extremely satisfied with my store experience. The cashier Sharon was extremely nice and quick with checking us out. You have to great employees. I hope to see Brian and Sharon again on my next visit which will be very soon. This Home Depot will now be my first choice for all the home improvements I will be doing. Jennifer in the flooring department was very professional and knowledgeable about what Home Depot has to offer in the way of products and delivery and installation options and went out of her way to address myself and other customers in a timely and friendly manner. I appreciated her service and the way she and co-worker Kathy interacted and made sure to set-up the department to be ready for the evening shift.

Don’t speacial order anything, if it is not in stock I will shop elsewhere! Purchase 10 cases of grip strip flooring (allure) via special order, 4 cases of flooring were damaged during shipping took back to store to order 4 more cases and received the run around from customer service and mike the store manager! Called home depot customer service, the representative I spoke with , didn’t have the time to listen to my entire situation! She put me on hold, I finally spoke with another representative who the provided me with the po# so I could call floor manufacturer and expedite shipping! My floor is half done

Cleanest Home Depot I been in, cashier was super friendly, but employees in the back weren’t. About 6-8 employees walked passed us with out asking if we needed any help, and 4 employees were standing talking in appliances.

Every single associate in this store is helpful. Especially Bill in plumbing. He saved me a lot of time and money

I was looking for a generator and had made an online purchase with store pickup. The order was cancelled because of stock. A fabulous employee at the store called me back after the store had closed and found me a generator. To my daughter, I was an MVP Dad all because a thoughtful employee named Kim went the extra mile with great customer service in a time of crisis.

The store was in shambles... i was actually embarrassed to be shopping there. Every shelf rack or whatever was strewn about nothing was clean stuff was on the floor, you couldnt go down some isles because of so much crap in them. Was disgusting!

The kitchen department was a great experience with Chris.

Had a very good experience with this location I am redoing my kitchen and the two gentlemen that I work with Chris For the cabinets and Jim for the appliances were very knowledgeable in their field.

Paid full price ($335) for a dehumidifier, which when opened, you could tell was previously used because the factory wrapping was a mess and the instruction manual bag was torn open. The company needs to stop selling used product as new.

Maryann who helped me get the chain shaw was so nice. she brought the ladder over to get a new one from top of the selve, very amazing customer service given by her. Please promote this type of worker who really cares about the customers.
