Very friendly people. Excellent customer service. Stock is a little lower but can order online no problem just plan accordingly and you're good.

The store was clean and well organized. The staff asked if I required assistance finding something. Although I did not, it was nice of them to offer.

The store is well organized, clean and well stocked. No matter what you need, they probably have it. Most important, the staff is friendly, cheerful, knowledgeable and willing to help the customer.

The home Depot store is Waterloo, Iowa has excellent customer service and quality products at affordable prices. I love the store!

My barn/garage recently burned to the ground. I lost the building and all the contents. After receiving the go-ahead from the insurance company, I embarked on what, to me, was a huge shopping expedition, including some things, such as tools, with which I was not particularly comfortable nor familiar. Keta accompanied me in selecting every item (nearly 40). She took the time to ask for what I would be using the items, how much I'd be using them, etc., in order to help me select the items most appropriate for me. It was a pleasant experience, walking through the clean store with every employee offering their assistance. At checkout, Scott helped with making sure I had a form for a rebate and several others assisted in helping us load the purchases, some of which were quite large and heavy. I was quite impressed with The Home Depot of Waterloo, Iowa.

The employees here are wonderful!! I had a great experience from the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left. No matter where I went, there was always someone there to ask if I needed help or had questions and they were more than happy to answer them and point me in the right direction when needed. You do not see that often but at Home Depot they were all smiling and more than willing to help out! Home Depot will always be Number one for me and my family!

The employee Ellen at the paint desk is top notch! She is very knowledgeable for any of your paint needs!

Delivered a riding mower recently. User Manual and all paper work was soaking wet. I called HD support to replace and they said I could print out the manuals on my home printer. I don't know if you've ever purchased a complicate machine but the manuals are quite extensive for the mower, the engine... Anyway, stupid idea. Called the store and asked to speak to a manager. Left my contact info and was never called back. Gee, thanks! Then the second time I used the mower the bolt that holds the seat down fell off and that was a fun ride. Anyway, great job HD. I will avoid you. Customers remember apathy.

Every person I encountered, even the manager, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable!! This was very appreciated after visiting other like stores.

The store is always clean and the items are easy to find. The quality is always good.

We are fairly new shoppers to Home Depot. As we always shopped at Menards before. But grew so unhappy with them, so hard to find sales people to help us. Several times they would just point us some place and said someone there would help us. Only to find out no one was there. Have only had great experiences at Home Depot. Love the Behr paints, and we also have bought a John Deere rider and now the gas grill.

Very clean store, employees are knowledgeable on their products. They will also help by walking you through a project, ensuring that you have everything you need. If an employee does not know something, they will quickly call over the employee that does. You do not waste anytime in this store, they are very helpful.

I was very satisfied with the customer service I received at the tool department and checkout. The store associates are very friendly and willing to help with any questions or concerns that I had.

I have shopped this Home Depot many times and there is a very pleasant atmosphere. The shelves are well stocked with items easily visible with great lighting! The staff are ALWAYS friendly and ready to assist their customers, even if what I need isn't in "their" area. If they haven't found the product I am looking for, they search not only one specific area but check out other places where they feel the item(s) "could" be or double check whether it is just out of stock. Rarely have I left this store without the item I needed; if I do, they offer to order it for me from within the store if possible & let me know when it has arrived. I value this store greatly - not only for their many products and friendly assistance, but also the neatness and cleanliness of it - also applies to the Garden Center.

I have found the staff in this store to be really friendly and helpful, starting with the greeting at the door. We have purchased flooring and an appliance and the staff was always great. Prices are comparable to other stores in the area and they often offer great deals on installation and/or delivery.

The associates at Waterloo are so helpful when I (a senior female) come into the store. They take me directly to the item and explain the choices.

Always helpful and courteous. I feel like it is truly a family store because of the welcoming atmosphere. I do not feel that at Menard’s! I will always look for my needs first at Home Depot! My husband and I hope this store will always be here! Judy
