Great service by the cashier Patricia. I had forgotten my Home Depot Card and it only took her a few seconds to look it up and check me out. It reminded me of my youth some fifty years ago when all you had to do to check out at the hardware store was to sign the ticket because they knew you.

Worst experience ever!! Will go back to shopping at Lowe's for my home improvement needs. Customer service within the store is fine. Once the item is purchased there is absolutely no follow-through from employees. Ordered exterior doors and cannot get a person to follow-through for 3 days. Grand promises that result in nothing happening. All I need to do is schedule installation. Very disappointed in this experience!

The store had all the items that I needed but I was not able to get much help. There were moments that I had questions but was unable to find a employee to help with my need. So I goggled my questions on my phone, got my answer, and bought my item. Will I shop again yes, but I do hope the store are hiring.

Customer service is number one at this store. I use to shop at Lowes but their employees are always on the phone and not helpful when not on the phone. I never go anywhere else anymore.

Great customer service! Employees were very helpful. If you are shopping for appliances, see Glenn in the appliance department. He was very patient and instrumental in my husband and I purchasing a washer and dryer set. Glenn, you represent the store well. Customers really appreciate great service providers like your self!

The guy a prosales was Excellent , I spent more money to get a nice discount. His name isn't on my receipt but dark hair and from up north, YOU ROCK

With me working in uptown, this location of The Home Depot is great for me. I drop in during my lunch hour, it has quick access and quick service.

I visit this store a lot and always greeted with a friendly smile and a offer to help, I really appreciate that the employees always take the time to help in any area of the store that you go in and if they do not know they will get you the help you need.

I've been working on remodeling my first home over the last 4 months and coming to this Home Depot location almost daily. The process of remodeling can be quite stressful and having associates who go above and beyond of their roles is what can make or break a day. Patricia (from a Pro Desk), Sequoya/Gabriella/Alfonso & Sandra from Customer Service Desk without a doubt are some of the most helpful, considerate and cheerful associates I've come across in the service industry. They saved me countless hours of frustration, resources and budget by being knowledgeable, quick and understanding my needs and time constraints.

The store is laid out well. Things are easy to find. The employees, without a doubt, are some of the best folks. I really appreciate their kindness and consideration. The Wendover Road HD in Charlotte is the best place for all your contractor needs and the level of service far surpasses any other. I have been shopping there for years, and it is even better now!

This store #(3608) is near where my wife works. I usually shop at the Albemarle Road store #(9501) but we shopped on her lunch hour. I had already checked with Lindsey Stasko at the #(9501) store and had an idea of what we wanted. This associate was just as courteous.

I was looking for a drill to hang curtains. I`ve never purchased a drill before, but the young lady in the department knew so much and she was great help.

this store has always been clean when I visited. the staff has always been helpful. only once I had to go look for help. Only once I did not find what I needed, I was directed to another home depot store
