This store is well known for having the very best & well informed staff! Most recently Shay's knowledge & assistance was excellent!

I was unsure of exactly what type of lighting fixture I would need for an outdoor location and the associate working in that department spend a great deal of time going over types of lights and features. I was able to make a confident purchase because of his assistance and kindness.

The Home Depot staff that assisted me were absolutely phenomenal. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and patiently answered all of my questions, and I was able to purchase a set of four appliances for my kitchen. The staff I dealt with at the Wendover store were Glen, Cheryl, Gaya, Katie, and Jennifer. Jennifer got involved due to issues with the delivery contractor. Together, these people exemplify what sales and customer service should be. Just outstanding. Super happy with the Samsung appliances, but these sales and management staff really went the extra mile to make sure I was happy.

In FL, the customer service is so dismissive. At the Wendover location, everyone was so eager to help me out! It makes me like the community even more. Shout out to this amazing team, especially store associates Abel and Selena.

We had a great visit due to the friendly and helpful staff especially Gaya in appliances and the worker in the paint department. This will be my go to home improvement store in the area moving forward!

After a bad experience with another retailer, I went to Home Depot for my needs. I’m glad I did! The customer service was excellent, the process was efficient, and I left with everything I needed. I will not be patronizing any other home improvement stores in the area going forward.

I have used this store for 20+ years and have consistently been pleased with the cleanliness of the store, its organizational lay out and the courteous and patient staff!

After shopping here more and more, it has been getting worse and worse stocking issues, and staff experience issues. This store has a few amazing staff that I love to see, and some awful customer experience that will add time to your project, get here early if you have work to do as this store slows people down

Every employee we came across had a smile on their face, were friendly and willing to help. Great experience, selection and customer service.

I feel happy with it!

My 7 months pregnant wife went to get some fans for a flooded basement while I was working on getting the water to stop. She needed help getting fans off the shelf and loaded into her car. Not one employee offered to help her. There were multiple around talking to each other or on their phones. This is very disappointing because I am in this store often. Will not be back and will be returning my purchase.

This is primarily for the Military members. Home Depot offers a 10% discount to military personnel. We used to just show out ID and get discount and now you have to download the Home Depot app and have employee scan the QR code from your phone. Has never worked for me. I go through the process and upload QR code and it never is able to be scanned at the register. No explanation No help from employees.

The staff and Assistant Manager at the Wendover HD give outstanding customer service. They are friendly and if you have a issue they strive to correct your issue to your satisfaction!

Replaced all kitchen appliances at one stop, look up items online and checked out reviews. Went to store, Cheryl answered all questions and made purchase easy.

Cheryl Smith-Johnson was beyond amazing!!! She was very patient and knowledgeable in offering advice on brand quality, comparable products, product functions, pricing and more. Shopping for appliances on a budget is not fun but Cheryl helped to bring a peace of mind for the purchase and delivery arrangement of my refrigerator, washer, dryer, and stove. The staff at the Wendover location are friendly and super-helpful - better in my opinion than at other locations. I think that speaks well for both the management team and the actual employees at this store.

7/9/2021. Paulo assisted me on check out and during a storm another employee directed me to the covered contractors area to place my purchases in my car without being drenched. This is consistent with all my previous experiences at this store. Keep up the good work Wendover Home Depot!

This was actually my 3rd stop in search of painting supplies. Because of a supply shortage, I was getting stressed that I would not be able to find everything I needed. James in the paint department immediately put me at ease and was willing to help me every step of the way. I so appreciated his positive attitude, patience, and understanding of the products. I left feeling confident and in the future I will always go to Home Depot first!

This store is farther from our house from several DIY stores but I know they will almost always have what I need and it's a friendly, clean store too.

The store was neat. The items presented were nice. The female employee I encountered in the garden center was abysmal. I will never, ever interact with her again. She was rude, treated me like crap, and was generally unpleasant. I would walk away from items before I purchased them with her around. If management wants to discuss, feel free to reach out.

This store is generally stocked with whatever I am looking for. The sales associates are also friendly and helpful. Ivan in the rental area is always helpful and friendly. I wish they could do something better with the parking lot. It's very congested and difficult to maneuver due to the area that is blocked off for seasonal products.
